过了10分钟这样来了警察女a,讲了原尾进去果子店问了保安和经理，最后保安和警
察女a出来，保安说把你的id给我， 我说：为什么？警察女a说不给我要带你去监狱

最好的情况就是，邻居很合作，帮助打扫下，玻璃给修了。
最坏的case就是如果邻居置之不理，最坏的打算就是设置界标，邻居小孩不能再来玩，
再来就是trespass，trespass了之后再打碎玻璃就属于criminal behavior，警察才会
介入。
不过好在我们遇到的是第一个case，过去跟他好好说了说，他们还挺合作的。估计要是
遇到第二种邻居，我们也不敢在那里住了。 |

rationale是任何人，哪怕是trespasser，都不应该被别人的某些行为受到身体上的伤
害。第二: it is never justified to use deadly force to protect property.
这种rationale基于两个案子，第一个叫Briney。事情是这样的，有个老兄有个废弃的
farmhouse，他自己不住那里（所以有人入室抢劫他的人身不受威胁）。他经常发现有
人闯进门，然后小偷小摸的。这人立牌子说no trespass，没用。这老兄就弄了只
shotgun，弄根线，一头拴扳机，一头拴门把手，枪口对着门，所以只要有人开门，一
枪就撂倒。估计这哥们是气疯了。
有天晚上有个不知死的小偷同志，伙同别人来偷东西，结果一拧门把手，一枪打在腿上
，哥俩一瘸一枴上马路拦警车去医院。小偷进监狱按下不表，后来小偷同志告屋主:你
得赔我腿。
判决是屋主有责任，最后的结果似乎是小偷同志进监狱，然后屋主用那间被闯入的房子
抵债，ironic, eh?

今天看到倍可亲大侠置顶文章才注意到这个案子，最近我都专注加拿大6个穆斯林被杀
的案子去了。那篇文章写得太好了。粗粗看了一下，这是华人社区又一个重大人命案，
这个陈姓华人绝对死得很冤。现在从现场情况看来基本事实已经很清楚 -
第一，那个保安绝对是在车辆静止的情况下枪击他致他死亡的，不仅仅是他死亡后车辆
没有动，还有挡风玻璃上那6个枪眼位置都很集中，只可能是在车辆静止的情况下开枪
造成的，否则会散播到车身的更大面积比如整个车身。
第二，那6个枪眼都在驾驶座一边挡风玻璃的侧面，说明开枪时那辆车并没有直接向那
个保安冲去的行为，以上两点说明那个保安没有理由相信自己生命受到威胁。
第三，保安现在说的陈要用车辆威胁他生命的说法毫无根据。首先他们之间根本就没有

这其实是一个擦边球。50-60年代的很多community lake全都stock fish，因为那时条
规没有现在那么严格，只要到DNR去记录一下就可以了，现在这些stock private lake
成了养鱼塘了，既然是人工养的鱼就不受DNR的Regulation，当然，DNR本来就没法在
Private lake里执法，即使没有人工养鱼，他们技术上也没法抓你，因为抓到一个违法
钓鱼的罚几十了不得了，但Trespassing（私闯民宅）是很严重的罪。而且在
Trespassing时witness的违法钓鱼是无效的。 |

1，trespassing + felony就可以开枪，甚至不需要是break in。

2，break in 就能开枪。只要是暴力进入的就可以开枪。

你是plaintiff，你要举证starbuck造成辐射和危害健康，而且因为这种辐射造成后果
，这不是trespass to chattels，This cause of action is called nuisance.
Starbuck想举证trespass to chattels很简单，从MAC地址统计一个月流量多少，每个

紧急求助：医生教授未婚夫伙同白女护士们实施家暴骚扰
如果不是出于无奈，也不会在此发帖求助。一直感觉家丑不可外扬，所以在过去的两三
年里再苦再难也只是和远在大洋彼岸的母亲讲讲自己的情况。当身为医生和教授的未婚
夫和他的情人们（其中包括四名护士白女）对我的家暴和伤害愈发严重，不仅影响到
physical health和mental health，甚至在搬离其住所后还不胜其扰，甚至动用学校个

今天早上和往常一样去排队，早上果子店开门没有机子，就随便逛了下。又回头在门
口看下(在很外围没有在门口，结果mall 的经理在门口拍我照片，因为我是背对着店没
有注意。然
后那个经理派了个保安出来拿着iPhone ，站在我后面保安说：你转个身我的经理要我
给你拍个照(可能拍了有记录以后看到我来，就不让我买？)。我
当时就火了说
为什么要拍我？有没有经过我的同意？我用手遮了下。那个保安：警告我把手放下不要

看到网上no trespass sample上都会写，如果出现在那个指定地址的话，就会result
in your immediate arrest，再去之后被捕这不是自找的吗？她自己不懂英文，不是还
有个会说英文的女儿吗？
如果女儿没跟她妈解释，那么这个女儿有问题。如果女儿跟她妈解释过，那这个妈就是
存心要去碰运气扫货的。你要去超市把一架子饼干都扫光那也行，但既然苹果店限制了
购买量，那你再违反就是你的问题。不要去说什么别人也在扫，那是别人的事，不代表
你就可以做一样的事。
视频里只看到被按在地上电击的部分，是挺可怜的。但前面发生了什么事谁也不知道，
没必要一边倒地同情她。 |

法律是为了维护社会的正常秩序，保护人权。只有民主制度，才能有真正的法制。民主
c社会的法律是经过民主的程序，反映社会的共识， 比如 保护私有财产， 比如
trespassing law, 独裁者是振既王法。在独裁的国家，别说trespassing， 就是把你
的房子强行拆迁了，你有去那里上访。 上访可是要被当做精神病关起来的。这方面 A-
