现在也是一样的, trespass固然有错,但是更大的错在机场方面的工作失职,现在机场方
面一看是一个
外国人,又是一个中国人,开心得不得了.把话题转移到ethical minority 上,从而降低
舆论对自己的
压力.
这就是国家机器通过已有权利压迫底层人民的真实例子.不管是中是美都一样. |

—倒车——刹车——挂D挡走人 应该一气呵成。我一般是5—8秒之内完成。

entry is also a trespass. For example, you enter without permission (
without ticket, if ticketed, or after open hours). Sometimes the public land
is not designed to open to public. If you enter, you may have troubles too.

圣诞节前那个周末，12月22日晚上，在一个聚会上喝了酒，凌晨驾车回家，因为车速过
高，并且喝了酒后大脑反应速度下降，追尾了一辆老款Acura MDX
那天晚上开的途锐出去，吸能的MDX比较惨，后面基本褶完了，副驾驶的女人似乎受到
一些撞击，后来被救护车送到医院了。途锐只是前保险杠和grille还有一侧大灯坏了，
没有什么形变。
警察来了，要求测试酒精，然后让我回到车里。他回到警车里开始run我的驾照和各种
信息，数分钟后，又来了两辆警车，一共四个警察来到我的车前。让我step out of
vehicle and turn around，其中一个警察说you are under arrest for driving
under influence, you will be taken back to police station now, and we will
take it from there.
一个警察把我的车停到路边，把我的钱包电话钥匙全部锁到车里。我被押到警车后座，

妈妈是性子直而且牛脾气的那种知识分子，国内英文老师，以前来过美国。这是第二次
来，前一阵在J CREW里淘来外衣一件，后来发现质量有问题，腋下缝的很不好，脱线而
且已经裂开，于是妈妈去店里退货，结果店员说过了30天就不给退还了，还侮辱我妈妈
说她肯定是近来体重增加，把衣服撑裂的，结果妈妈一生气，骂了店员，说她才肥，而
且不给退就站店里不走了。店员让他立即离开，妈妈不让步。 结果，店员给警察打了
电话，妈妈被警察逮捕了，已经按了手印，说明天一早才能保释。而且要上庭，J CREW
店告我妈妈 TRESPASSING。
这种情况，我妈妈会做班房吗？以后还能来美国吗？ |

我看见一个探亲老人，男性，我认识，因为经常找我爸爸，穿着白色带咖啡窄条文的睡
裤， 打着一把粉蓝色的小花伞，可能是怕太阳，都站到别人家房子的门口去了，这个
要越过side work , 穿过前院的草坪，这个已经算trespass了吧，如果人家家里有人
，出来一看，肯定不爽的
旁边有一个象印度人样的人，站在side work 上不停的去看这个老头，我真想停下车
来去告诉他，你已经踏入了别人的 property, 但是真是拉不下脸来
我原来住学校的时候，公寓管理人员就对中国探亲来的父母特别不客气， evict 过一
对刚来一个多月的老人， evict 的原因我是知道的，真的很上不了台面

trim the tree but they don't really have to. You will have to trim the tree
on your side. As for digging in your yard that's trespassing; so is truck
driving on your yard. But then it's just one-time offense so no big deal.
