我几乎是原 告的唯一证人，在证人席上接受了5天 的考验。被告律师事务所旗下律师
300多 名，在全美各大城市有数处律师楼；且关系网巨大，同仁不少已成法官；参与主
审的有两名合 伙人，均为其麾下知识产权诉讼之大内高手，号称硅谷无出其右者；另
有4名律师，及大小跟班十数人，黑压压地几乎占了法庭的一半位子。被告证人有10人
，均为白人；包括两名被告的 专家，一名牛津大学+斯坦福大学的博 士（某公司的总
裁；计算机专家；曾为英特尔与升阳公司的顾问，号称参与过奔腾芯片与操作系统开发
）和加州伯克莱分校的经 济博士（经济学家，某研究机构的合伙人，曾参与400多起诉

，然后前两周收到开ticket那个警察的request，说他那天要度假，my presence is
not required and the court would notify me the new trial date.
等到今天court也没发信来，我挂了个电话问说我的trial是下周一几点，他还是告诉我
原来的时间，这样的话是不是我就不用管警察说的，直接去就好了阿。。。 |

answer these days).
You didn't receive the form for Trial by Written Declaration? Or you sent
the declaration in and didn't receive a judgment? If the latter, they might
be backlogged and take several months to get to your case. But you should
call regularly and check if they have decided it (or at least call and find
out when they're going to review your case) so you don't miss your chance
for a Trial de Novo if you lose. |

交bail --> 交Trial by written Declaration表格和相关材料 --> 等待结果.
a.结果赢了--> bail全退
b.结果输了--> 申请出庭申述
我是去法院交bail的时候顺便就把Trial by written Declaration表格和相关材料都一
气交了.如果你选择邮寄,网上或电话上交bail,连法院都不用去.全部用邮寄都可以. |

会有discount了？

你有罪吗？
反正如果Trial by Written Declaration输了你可以上庭重新争一遍。上庭可以要求减
少罚金和要求traffic school。很多法庭你不上庭也直接可以要求traffic school。 |

需要做的是把罚单上需要寄回的部分撕下来，寄回给上面说的地址，但是这时候也要交
bail，这个bail就是罚单的金额。
