1. 基本上自带熟练英语，不用花多少额外的精力在英语上。要提高也主要是口音，但
是美国人基本上都听得懂。
2. 本土文化就比较外向，和美国的社交环境比较契合，尤其是母语级别的英语让他们
的社交障碍比中国人小的多（对职业发展影响也很大）。长相要么就便黑人，要么就是
低配Caucasian. 容易混在人群里面，不像中国人一眼就被辨认出来族裔然后profile
3. 职场上tribalism搞得风生水起，到处都有自己人传帮带外加开后门，然而中国人不
互坑，能一碗水端平就很不错了。我感觉这不仅仅是实际利益的问题，更重要的是印度
人在美国的孤立感会比中国人小的多，自豪感和归宿感强的多（各行各业有人罩着）。
他们实际地从自己所在的群体里面获得了利益，也愿意付出努力去维护自己所在的群体

君主立宪和议会选举制度, 1923年宪法完全体现世俗化原则, 肯定男女平等与宗教共容
