刷题背后的文化是什么呢？是年龄歧视。工作经年的人往往刷不过新人。我可以理解为
什么新人不得不刷题，因为竞争激烈。但是入行之后，还请考虑一下。
首先在个人层面，你以后也会变成senior，而且一生中多半至少失业一次。其次在
tribe层面，为什么马工的社会地位每况愈下？对于tribe，最重要的财富不是别的，正
