西方古代史，从历史学角度说根本站不住脚。放在中国只能算做评书，太多的文献资料
都是后人的写作，不是原始资料，没有传承。说白了，包括韩国日本那套“历史”也是
师从西方的“创作性历史”——有史料最好，如果没有后人就帮先人创造。
其实这很容易理解，西方经历过一次大规模皈依基督教的历史进程，皈依后进入所谓的
“黑暗的中世纪”，然后是文艺复兴，中间的文明进程被外来的一神教打断了，很多文
献资料被当做异教徒的污秽清理掉了，过程如同西班牙人毁灭印第安文明。从文艺复兴
开始，很多西方的历史学者面临的尴尬就是记录过去的史料或残缺不全或丧失殆尽，于
是只能大量使用所谓“民间传说”（很多都是这些学者根据一些模糊的民间诗歌一类的
东西进行自己的主观创作）。
可以说，真正有传承的相对比较完整的人类古代史，世界上现存只有一个就是中国人的
史籍（主要是从春秋开始的信史）。剩下的所谓古埃及，古印度，古巴比伦，古希腊一

很多100-800年的“germanic tribe”历史确实不多，但是近代史学家也还是小心翼翼
的引证来源。比如从罗马文献和少数chronicler里面，比如亚瑟王西方也把他作为传说
，谁负责代表西方人来骗我忽悠我？难道罗马希腊的遗迹，拉丁希腊文，荷马史诗都是
假的？

真相：美国地面和地下产权在绝大多数情况下是分开的。买房只买地面，地下部分几乎
不是讨论对象也不会卖给房主。地面部分可算永久，前提是记得交房产税。挖坑一般是

国人对美国的采矿权有极大的兴趣，流行的说法是有了房子，地面上下800米都是屋主
的，有矿 挖矿，不亦乐乎。先不说这是否准确，为什么偏偏是800，大概是说起来顺口
、来自于前知800年、后者800年这说法？其实美国长度单位用英尺、用 码，800米等于
2625英尺或者875码，定这数字的绝对脑残，不上不下的，[偷笑]。
我不否认在极少数情况下屋主确实有采矿权，问题是多大比例？按照国内流行说法是
100%。
讨论这个问题的最主要知识是美国地面产权和地下产权是分开的，可以一起出售也可以
分开出售。这个习惯从美国建国之初就已经形成，而那时那些人就已经精到只卖地面，
因此在美国东部，拥有采矿权的屋主是很少的。
