While you are fishing, crabbing or catching crayfishes, look at a place
under trees near you. You may find some yummy mushrooms.:) I join a mushroom
educational club. I know a few edible mushrooms.

1825年時法國著名美食家布里亞-薩瓦蘭（Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin）在其著作
《味覺生理學》（Physiologie du Got）中便盛讚松露為「廚房的鑽石」。歐洲人將松
露與魚子醬、鵝肝並列「世界三大珍饈」，屬於高貴食材之一，特別是法國產的黑松露
（Tuber melanosporum Vitt.）與義大利產的白松露（Tuber magnatum Pico）評價最
高。
松茸（学名：Tricholoma matsutake）是屬於口蘑科口蘑屬下的一種食用蕈類，具有獨
特的濃郁香味，在日本被視為食用蕈中的極品，可以說松茸之於日本人就猶如松露之於
法國人。 |
