三万。
今天碰到buyer agent，说篱笆有点摇晃，想给换了。这应该是成交之前seller要fix东
西之一吧？但银行说这个费用应该50-50，我要出一半。可是我又不觉得篱笆有问题，
你要修是你的事，凭什么要我出钱呢？
这个银行的agent挺不厚道的，我们两家之间有三棵棕榈树，很久没有trim过了。银行
找的园丁来收拾庭院的时候把其中一颗给trim了。然后见到我LG出来，说那三棵树是我
家的，问我们要不要继续trim。LG问他们‘你们确定是我家的吗?' 于是园丁打电话给
银行，说确实是我家的。要trim的话交$75。LG想着反正也确实好几年没trim过了，现
在才知道这树是我家的，那弄就弄了吧，方便。于是给了钱。
等后来另一个邻居看见这几棵树修过了，说修的不错，我告诉她多少钱什么的，她说什
么啊你被rip off了。很明显那三颗树是在我邻居的property line里面的。我一看可不
是，都不是在boder上，离property line有个大半尺呢。而且她一说我才注意到那家 |

System Preferences 里改回来。
另外你下午提到的 TRIM 支持，实际上从雪豹开始就支持 TRIM 了，但只是对苹果提供
的 SSD 型号自动打开 TRIM，对自己加的第三方 SSD，那个 TRIM 是关掉的，在 Lion
里也是这样，还是得用那个 TRIM Enabler 的 Hack 来打开。 |

你是说一般车不止两个trim吗？两类只是个模型的简化，事实上用户偏好不是分两类而
是有无穷多类，理论上应该有无穷多种trim，但那样又不现实，所以最后折衷成若干种
trim。但1的关键意思是说车厂会用trim来区分用户群体，这条我觉得还是比较合理的
，毕竟绝大多数车都会有trim和option来拉开档次，只有极少车是一款打天下。 |

法，顾客不知道没问题，顾客就算有点专业知识知道了也没害处，反正大家都一样。
这个话题之所以能够吵起来，是因为有某几个血统歧视论的人，天真地以为某些牌子的
wood trim是假木、或者塑料上贴木皮；而他们所崇拜的某些牌子的wood trim是整块原
木装上去的。
最后调查结果是：所有的牌子的车，从1万多到几十万，无论贵贱，假如有wood trim的
话，最高级的也都是木皮贴到塑料上去的。 |

我几乎和你做了一样的东西，我觉得你还需要换fuel filter,如果这个很脏的化，影响
很大，虽然感觉上这个无关mpg，实际是影响挺大的。我没有换pcv valve，测了一下没
有堵，而且上下晃响声挺大的。这个long trim 是pcm记录的相应rpm下的平均trim，目
的是让 short trim的起伏是在0上下，不过我的3%貌似有人也说是正常范围，有个
youtube的tune 专家说long trim <10%都是没问题的。我准备听你的试试读fuel
injector pressure,我用的也是android torque，你对比过它的mpg和实际测试的差别

较实用，所以如果预算不紧的话，应该走Limited。而且只有Limited可以选Keyless
Access and Push-Button Start，我现在和之前其他车都有这个功能所以Outback上特

置放了吸尘器了。所以高Trim的想有备胎的，通常是买一个放第二排Stow的坑里。这样

普通focus最低trim S manual的msrp 17860，最高trim titanium hatch msrp 24375。
你还是比这两类得了。你可以说focus折扣大，但是我这里是说厂商建议价格类似，也

你先拆一个窗户下来,再量opening 大小,买的窗户要比opening小半寸左右.先买一个装
下.行再全买.
(1)先把窗户放上,再用shim垫好,上螺丝,caulk外面.
(2)干后再从里面灌"great stuff"到半满
(3)干后切掉多的部分.里面一般不用caulk,trim挡住就行了.
如果原来的trim能用,可以省不少事.不然得买trim自己切.
一个人可以做,自己做认真点,质量有保证.
你不改frame,不需要permit.你可以打个电话给county确认下.
房子窗户多的话还是挺花时间的.我自己换了家里全部22个窗户,基本上是下班后,一天
能放两个窗户(完成第一步).后面的没动力了,想起来干干.装了有三个月.现在睡房还有
三个窗户没装trim,反正窗帘挡着看不见.

我这么问是因为看到home depot和lowes上卖的recessed light shower kit(含housing
和trim)除了一个型号外全都不是IC rated，而这唯一的一个型号还是4寸的，感觉是不
是小了点。如果bathroom装recessed light仍然需要考虑insulated material的安全问
题的话，没道理市面上这么多型号都不是IC rated啊
由此引申出的另外一个问题是，在这种潮湿环境下装recessed light,到底是哪部分需
要考虑防水问题？是housing,trim还是灯泡（或者led module）？假如说只是trim需要
考虑防水的话，那我就完全可以装一个IC rated的普通housing,再配一个防水的trim就
行了，没必要像现在这样这么辛苦的找IC rated的shower recessed light kit了 |

一切可以测出的东西，似乎都是传统硬盘强呀。
耗电，差很多吗？
噪音，俺得笔记本，硬盘噪音根本可以忽略不计。
实在不行多搞点内存。大部分时候，硬盘就不怎么工作了。
SSD唯一的好处大概是禁得起摔？

说句实话，果子操作系统没有率先实现trim是很可笑的，
毕竟是号称ssd的先行者，很多果轮说果子推动ssd普及
ssd需要trim这件事情，是在硬件最底层上的问题，
不是什么文件系统能解决的，果子不支持
只能说它赌自己用户不会注意到性能下降
ssd trim不trim,都会因为相邻block写导致不可修复

发帖数: 13748 | 49 SSD是趋势，不多废话了。筹划了很久最近出手了，不是大deal，留些经验仅供参考。
1. 选好Controller。SSD基本就是存储单元加Controller。存储单元大体与优盘相同，
所以不是技术难题。最难的就是 controller，所以挑选controller是关键。市场上比较
盛行的有：Intel的，基本只在他家自己的盘上用；SandForce的，号称性能很好，在OC
Z Vertex2等盘上使用；JMicron的，台湾产品，公认山寨controller，基本用在Kingst
on的盘上；Toshiba的，基本就是 JMicron针对Toshiba存储单元的变体；Marvel的，据
说是评测数据大拿，不记得哪里用了。个人推荐Intel，原因只有一个：数据无价！本来
跟踪SandForce主控，可是在我关注了三个月后，相关硬盘故障率暴涨，在Newegg，Ama
zon等数码消费网站的review相继连四星都失守，故障基本就是整个盘挂了，数据全没。
JMicron的没听说有什么故障率，但是和Intel比起来，我更倾向于让JM去接受时间检验

管理员身份进入命令行，输入fsutil behavior QUERY DisableDeleteNotify
DisableDeleteNotify = 0 Trim启用
DisableDeleteNotify = 1 Trim未启用 |
