很多数学界的八卦。他已经是三十岁以下中国人中间做的最好的了，有时也会讲做数学
很累,一刻松懈不得。这次饭后闲聊大家顺便给当今数学界活着的英雄豪杰大致排排名
而排名的原则是影响力兼顾其作出这个来的困难程度
这和物理界评价体系不同,物理只管影响力的,一个写下本质规律方程的人最伟大,费尽力气解方程的人得到的credit很少

take it for granted。多数人似乎没有这个概念。古代欧洲的面粉做面包ok，

，估计你已经不把自己当中国人了。你这样说你自己的母语，你爽，但我很不爽，因为

主题是对农村市场化的相关研究，事实，国内外的发展梳理的都还不错。也有一些自己
的贡献。在某些地方也有一些虽然是比较trivial的创新。看附录列的他的相关文章，
可以知道他在这方面持续关注了一二十年，有丰富的理论和实践经验，在福建期间也有
两本专著，大概关于一些调研情况，不管这些东西个人的贡献有多大，但看得出来，他
在这个问题上是相当内行的。文章的学术标准也基本合乎要求。
总的而言，在清北拿一个经济学博士，完全没有问题。我在国内参加过许多top2博士的
答辩。单就这篇文章，完全够资格。
至于为什么是法学学位，我猜测跟学院有权授予的学位有关吧。他选这个题目肯定是基
于十几年的经验，不是入学以后才定的。其实国内"马克思主义与邓小平思想”这种专
业，也很难具体归类到西方的学科里。

话说很多美国政府干过的事情中国政府想都不敢想，比如说著名的案例Wickard v.
Filburn。Roscoe Filburn是一个老实巴交的农民，1940年他因为多收了三五斗被联邦
政府罚款（大萧条时期政府限制播种担心丰收压低粮价），Filburn大喊冤枉说自家种
的谷物都是自家用，又不在市场出售和政府何干？他一怒之下把农业部长Claude
Wickard告上法庭。
这个官司居然最后一直打到最高法院，1942年最高法院九名法官全票判该农民败诉，原
因是：如果你不种那么多小麦你就得去市场上买小麦吃。你的不作为也是影响了市场，

接受，一定有新算法和新发现，而且很可能还发现了新问题。解决方案不能trivial,
思路要有一定的独到之处，而且要通过实际系统验证有一定的效果。之前MICRO据说中
