发帖数: 944 | 2 我老公也差不多。他每天早晨设6：30的闹钟，起来之后就是磨蹭，闲逛，当然也会准
备一些早饭，其实我也不知道他具体干什么，因为我一直没有跟他一块儿起床。过一会
儿就练习吹trumpet，虽然用了mute，但是声音对于需要睡觉的人来说还是比较明显的
。然后8点左右把我叫起来吃早饭。他9点上班，所以也不需要太早走。我是想在6：30-
8：00这段时间继续睡，但是被闹钟吵醒之后就很难再入睡，而且老公弄这弄那，吹号
什么的都比较吵，所以对我来说这1个半小时就浪费了，睡不好觉，又没有别的事可做
，搞得白天做任何事都没有精神，效率很低。 |

落地排队等过关，队伍有点长，大概是跟前面一个韩亚还是大韩航空的什么航班凑到一
起了~ 海航的地勤有个胖胖的中年大妈在协调帮忙，还有把马上要转机的人调到队伍前
面，这个大妈给我感觉很不错，见过几次了~ 还有个小伙子在边上，办理登记手续的时
候他也在柜台上，实际上我回去的时候登记手续是他办的，我转身离开他还离开柜台叫
住我，发现我的手提行李箱挺厚，要我试试看能不能放进那个行李尺寸的铁架子里面，
还好刚好能放下，他和我都放心了。这会儿他们就都在入关这个地方帮忙了。
等了一会儿，我家老人家要上卫生间，我说这里没有卫生间呀，等等过去行吗，然后根
本不理我
，就离开排队的地方，我赶紧出去，问小伙子有没有卫生间，回答没有啊。。。这个时
候，公公完全不听招呼，走掉了，婆婆还排在队伍里，这老人家根本不知道卫生间在哪
里，只管往自己想去的认定的方向走——下飞机来的路。。。。。要命啊~ 继续请那个
小伙子帮忙，还是跟我说没有卫生间，没有办法~ 我跟我们家老人家也说不通，还跟我
急，我婆婆又跟他急，说经常提醒他要不要上卫生间都说不要，然后再没有卫生间的地

还有dried mushrooms（重庆的麦德龙买的法国产的大罐装的trumpet mushrooms，真心
好呀，几乎没有沙，很大一罐，塑料罐，250人刀，炖鸡汤真心好呀~还看到法国产的大
罐干的morel mushroom,不过要2500人刀，还是算了，也幸好算了，不然最后结账都是
我姐夫，死活不让我自己结账，我会太不好意思了~）这些东西都没有问题~ 她翻到我
带的青花椒鱼调料，我解释说，都是vegetable oil, no animal fat,然后她问有没有
hot pot的东西（好懂行啊~）我笑了，说没有， 并且告诉她我知道有些hot pot的调料
有牛油在里面~ 然后翻到一包调料，上面有牛肉味道字样（这个是我疏忽了），解释给
她说，说是牛肉flavored，但是不会真的有牛肉的什么东西（成本问题，根本不可能给
你放牛肉嘛~）我说这个我疏忽了，如果你要给我扔掉我没有意见，然后她说fine,又给
我放回去了~

Captain Cook,库克船长,爱玩大航海的应听说过他, 可说是史上最伟大的航海家之一,
可以和迪亚士，达·伽马，哥伦布，麦哲伦等比肩, 我去的阿拉斯加也是他发现的, 夏
威夷也是, 但他同样也是死在夏威夷。这个纪念碑就是纪念他的。作为大航海骨灰级玩
家的我，或者爱好航海的我自然要瞻仰一下.
生在全球化的当下,真的是有些无奈,如果现在是大航海的时代, 无数未知的世界等待你
去发现,多么令人激动,水手们搏击风浪,遨游四海,而现在人们要做的只是将要获取信息
的关键字搜索一下, 不知这算是进步了还是退化了.不过或许这只是个借口吧,据说世界
上的动植物还有至少一半的种类没有被发现, 世界上未知之地也还有很多等着被探索,
我们需要的只是行动而已.

maui那天东北方向的贸易风很强劲，一起钓鱼的混混告诉我honolua bay的水会平静点
儿，于是就去了。
背风的湾子也有坏处，俺们两口子游过很长一段枯枝烂叶的漂浮物，游过一段白浪翻腾
的浮沫，游过一片空旷的沙区，都快游出湾子了还是没有看见期待的花花绿绿的热带鱼
，就在我准备骂娘时，发现reef中一条sand channel，好像有动静。下去看了一眼，
kao，都藏影子里了，Bluestripped snapper， 一些肥 Tang，每条都有二斤多！于是
赶紧拍，沿着channel，是片儿影子就藏着一群，一边拍一边流口水，想着这要清蒸一
盘，
啧啧啧。在被自己的口水呛晕之前至少看到了几百条，还看到一个打酱油的Trumpet
fish，在video的最后几秒。

下了飞机，购物然后就是一路狂奔，直指Denali。小睡2小时就被朝霞换醒。
到了Denali Camper Bus的车站，自然是要拍下这顶帽子。
目的地是Wonder Lake的Campground，一路上美景不断，惊喜连连。
这是人人都拍的地标性景致。
路上停车小憩。
忽晴忽阴
熊宝宝熊妈妈都出来了
Moose也不甘示弱
不如意事常八九，到了营地，McKinley不愿出来，只好在蓝莓环绕的营地扎下帐篷，在
雨中甜蜜的呼呼，真累了。
次日，提前出来，沿着颠簸的Denali HWY向Valdez出发，途中打尖Tangle River。可
钓Greyling，所以老爸拍照，儿甩杆。
穿过漂亮的Richardson HWY
最容易接近的冰川Worthington
到了第二站Valdez。
这个溪流下面就看到ｓａｌｍｏｎ，
于是杀向钓点，我没买ｌｉｃｅｎｓｅ，就指导儿子钓，一杆下去就上鱼了。
作老爸的就只能帮摘鱼和ｒｅｌｅａｓｅ了。一个半小时不到，landing １５条

-"Weight loss requires significant changes in intake and expenditure".
- "those who set ambitious goals often get better results.
- "our heredity and genetics are not our destiny. Anyone can lose weight"
-There has to be sufficient intensity and duration to accompany frequency
for one to lose weight.

基本情况：女，157cm，37岁，两娃的大妈。生娃前体重105磅。生完一个长10磅。生完
老二到125磅有好几年了。去年医生说有轻度脂肪肝的迹象。要求减体重的10%。于是办
了个gym membership开始锻炼 （其实就是一周3次左右，一次30分钟，“走”
treadmill或“摇”椭圆机。现在想来，那哪是锻炼啊！）。减到115磅的时候再照
ultrasound, 医生说肝上的脂肪薄层没了。于是又放纵回到以前的饮食，gym也不去了
。今年夏天体重又回到120磅。
今年八月底开始真正约束自己减，重新开始去gym，一周3，4次吧。每次大概45分钟左
右。九月底十月初到115磅。平台了一段时间。开始寻求信息和帮助。于是十月开始上
减肥版。读了很多有用的信息。在这里一并感谢版上的信息和众多ID的鼓励帮助。也是
十月开了myfitnesspal帐户开始记录饮食，同时加强锻炼。感恩节前一天体重到108磅
（最近十年最低体重！）。悲催的是过完感恩节长了4磅。觉得更大的节日（圣诞+元旦
）在后头，这个长法还了得！所以建个log 督促自己。
