个骗子承包商纠缠，一边还不能让项目停下来。对那个骗子的策略已经定了，过了12月
15号这个还钱期限还不见他还钱的话，就把他告上法庭。项目紧赶慢赶，还是没有赛过
时间，现在的西雅图已经正式的进入了雨季了，而我的项目刚刚封顶，roof ing还没有
做。
先说说我找的老美的framer，话说那天形式变的非常明朗，那个骗子承包商露出了真实
的面目，他已经不可能继续干我的项目了，我的第一反映就是，把骗子绳之以法的同时
，这个项目不能停。遇到骗子已经非常不幸，再不采取自救措施，导致做到一半的房屋
结构在西雅图的凄风冷雨中倍受摧残，就更加不幸了。但真的又不知道如何找人来接手
这个项目，况且声誉好的contractor不但要价高，而且不可能立马就开工，至少要等到
人家有时间才能开始，那又不知道要等到什么时候了。人被逼到一定的程度，真是有无
限的能量。前后权衡了不到半个小时，我就把策略定下来了：自己当contractor，自己
动手把房子的结构盖完。就是这么一个短时间内作出的决定，导致我在接下来的两个星

It is my professional opinion that the roof trusses appear to be
structurally sound as of July, 2012. I did not see any issues with the
trusses that would hinder the performance or structural integrity of the
roof system. The condition of the trusses appeared to be normal given the
age of the home. I do not see any cause for concern in my opinion. |

。。。。（细节不想多谈）。 所以很希望这个房子能买成功。 结果我们inspection后
发现屋顶Truss之间的连接有松动。我们的inspector没有爬上去看，就在主卧的天花板
窗上看到两个松动的连接。 于是我们要求seller检查所有的trusses 并且修好。 结果
前两天reinspection 发现seller只是修了在主卧上方看到的两个trusses， 没有爬上
去检查其他。 我们要求seller要检查其他并且修好， 他们不同意了。 事情到了这一
步就卡住了。 他们不愿意修，我们也不愿意就这么便宜了他们。
想请教请教大家如果遇到这种情况该怎么处理。 非常感谢！ |

two truss chords were cut to install the whole house fan. The inspector said
it actually sacrifice the truss integrity and make the structure less safe.
After surfing on the internet, I found cutting truss chord is not rare for
many houses although everyone knows it is not a good idea. But is this
really a big problem? Thank you. |

谁知道还有没有其它的损坏呢. 我建议闪，或大幅压价。
这个应该算是structural damage。有些州要求seller必须disclose。

owner cut one truss to fit the whole house fan. So a cut truss could be much
worse than a cracked truss, right? But then I hired a structural engineer to
check the truss and he said there should be no problem because there are a
lot of extra truss to support the roof and I don't even need to fix the
truss even the house is in CA where the earthquake can hit at any time.

发帖数: 1246 | 21 我的计划是找一个能做roof的framer(这两天一直在和各个contractor谈，发现大多数
framer都能自己做roof，而不是subcontract给roofer)包工包料先把外壳建起来，毕竟
雨季就要来了，不能让内部结构淋雨非常重要，目前时间非常关键，省钱、DIY什么的
都得让位于即将到来的连绵的雨季，等外科壳起来了，自己就可以在里面想干什么就干
什么了。
目前的通用做法是，truss全都是工厂制造的，收到图纸以后，1到3个星期的lead time
，其他的wood/stud都是contractor找自己的合作伙伴买，然后现场制作安装。墙起来
以后，做truss的工厂运来truss直接吊装在屋顶。
contractor们已经把图纸带回去研究了，下星期就能知道得花多少钱了做这些frame了。

engineer的,至少一年前是.你这个case比较特殊,想找专门作truss的,他们对维修不感

发帖数: 274 | 23 刚买了一把Cordoba C10，发现四弦五弦有buzzing noise（只在按Em时）. 不是fret
buzz，是在saddle周围。换了新弦还是有同样的噪音。然后松了松truss rod，噪音小
了很多。不知道truss rod敢松多少 - 我应该是松了近半圈。
另外发现truss rod口周围的木头裂开了一些，就像往木头里拧螺丝时造成的chip和
crack。不知道这根横梁会不会参与发音。现在横梁那里没有什么噪音，怕时间长了会
裂得更厉害。犹豫要不要退换一把。
一点感受：
SP/IN 音色果真比CD要亮一些。指板的黑不是100%均匀。 面板的木纹基本平直，有一
个四分之一小拇指甲大小的地方可以看到木纹弯曲了一下，像一个小节疤。
这把 C10是中国制造的。看网上说要不是made in China， C10这个价下不来。希望国
货都是精品！这把琴还没有达到啊。 |

做inspection的人（不是builder的，是发现问题的）给我的回答：The damaged truss does not appear significant at this time but may eventually crack though and break apart. It should be simple to correct, normally the engineer requires two sistered 2 x 4s one on each side screwed into the failing truss member.

till you resell it in 30 years. Hopefully, your buyers inspector won't see
the patch or your buyers won't mind the truss patch at all.
Just personally speaking, I'll make a big fuzz over it if I were you. Yup, I
willingly admit that I'm gonna be 神经质 if I have to buy a new house with
a known failing truss part. |

常。
大多数情况下遮盖并假设通风良好以后这种霉不会扩散也不会对你的房子结果有啥影响。
当然话是这么说，你仍然应该和builder交涉质问他们为啥用moldy lumber for
trusses... |

Home Depot) to build the frame and truss and then ask framer to install
them, or you just buy the wood/stud and ask framer to make the wall and
truss and install them?
If 20000 including all materials and installation, it is not bad! I guss the
next thing is roof, after roof is installed, you can then take your time to
do the rest. |

就算了，这种开裂即有可能是truss本身的质量问题，不算大问题，要个几千块钱的
credit，自己找人看看加固一下就行了，也可能是房屋的结构缺陷导致的truss疲劳，
这种问题更正起来可就麻烦了。 |

地区的房子truss的设计应该是没有考虑这些比较重的tile屋顶的，如果要用这些个

古典琴直接换钢弦不好，或者说不行，我们小时候那么干是因为不懂，我们不懂，造琴
的也不懂，
所以小时候买那些琴多难弹啊。
尼龙弦跟钢弦张力很不同，直接换钢弦即使调truss rod也不一定能balance，如果
是标准的古典琴，很可能就把琴搞坏了。有些古典琴甚至没有truss rod，尤其是高档
琴，
上金属弦基本就把琴毁了。
G和弦用234指按的好处还不只是从C换到G方便。其实我自己倒是123，因为习惯了（以前
中国的弹唱教材误人子弟啊，有木有！！）。
其他的好处呢。知道G和弦的根音是在6弦上（跟E一样），用234指按，加上1指大横按，
可以弹出6弦跟音的所有大和弦了。当然这个横按在低把位有些难。高把位还可以
比如弹个9把位上的E和弦。
第二呢，以G和弦为主导的这个音阶的pattern食指要放在上面。食指放在下面不容易记住
这个形状。当然这其实只是个virtual的概念，不是说必须这么按，但是这么记住是很有
好处的。
比如2,3,4弦按在同一个把位上，如果是用无名指按的，那么是个A型的和弦，跟音在5弦

- sig的琴桥是左手琴桥，tremolo bar在左边。copy的srv number one
- sig的指板是pau ferro的
- sig的body是2pc而不是am std的3pc，虽然其实我从理论上更喜欢3pc
- sig的pu是texas special
- sig的tuner是vintage tuner
- sig的neck更厚
- sig的fret是narrow and tall，而am std一般都是jumbo了
