在苹果来说这个就是外观设计的过人之处了。second moment of truth说的是消费者把
产品买回家以后使用经验如何，决定了他会不会做回头客或者会不会向他人推荐这个产
品，在苹果来说就是它设计上的用户体验。

上周末听说新唐人电视台在歌剧厅举办新年晚会，我们曾毫不怀疑能够估摸出晚会
大概的样子。在我们小的时候，父母总是拽我们去参加中国文化的各种活动，甚至我们
还会参与一些表演。中国的杂技演员顶着瓷碗向后弯腰及地。至于琵琶和古琴弹奏，我
