这个介绍写的比较具有欺骗性，因为＂Aerodynamics - time and watt savings over
40K for 404 Firecrest Wheelset: 80 seconds / 27 watts. ＂是用404 Firecrest测
出来的。而404 Firecrest只有Tubular（全碳）和Carbon Clincher（全碳）版。

320 名， 去年是500名。从数据来看还不错：
1. 最快的 first hour for 26 miles.
2. 最快的 first 2 hours for 50 miles.
3. 最快的 90 miles, 22.8 mph.
明年我会使用super light carbon frame + tubular wheel set.
这种自行车的race, 和铁人的 训练还是不太一样。race 非常无情，你不优秀马上就遭
到淘汰（drop). 这种痛苦，是每个rider 愿意刻苦训练的原动力。 |

TIRES: Vittoria Rubino Pro, 700x23
上面写着最低100psi，最高145psi。
好在入弯之前我的从aerobar上起来了，握的车把最宽的部分，偏离了柏油路面，我没
有刹车，猛拐，而是握紧车把，自然降速。
骑快了，在路上压过鼓包，车颠得都离地了，手也颠离了aerobar，还是很吓人的。 |

发帖数: 19210 | 35 5月4日的多马撞墙后开始恢复骑车上下班，这算是我的骑车训练。P5装了ZIPP 808和
tubular管胎半年了还没有骑过，所以跟两年前的Welland半马很像，也是比赛上来试新
玩具（轮组），希望两年前的杯具不再重演。
跑步主要靠冬天备战多马的训练，多马后的三周每周只跑了一次7公里10公里什么的，
前两周每周跑两次三次，没有什么特别有质量的训练，也就是跑步上下班这种维持性的
easy run。
游泳自从老三出来后就停了，两周前才开始恢复游开水，一周前开始回游泳池。赛前两
个周末去Lake Wilcox，发现穿LAVA PANTS比穿full wetsuit快，最后一次开水2公里只
用了40分钟多一点儿，所以决定比赛穿LAVA PANTS。
破5的想法有了好久了，不过就上述的这训练量，感觉还差点儿火候，除非运气特别好
。做了各种算法组合，但是都是预计的游泳40分钟，希望骑车能快很多。上次这里因为
mrchanical骑车接近3个小时。而另外两次半铁在Muskoka，赛到不光hilly不说，还长
