班是芭蕾，Jazz，tap和tumbling.这些都不参加比赛，劈腿啥的也练，但能劈多少算多
少，不强求。不像中国老师会帮你使劲压。估计是因为他们能找到足够的柔韧性好的学
生，所以没有天赋的孩子他们也就随你去了。练没练下腰不知道，明天去问问我家孩子
。到5-6岁就可以去参加audition考比赛的company了。能进去的都是柔韧性好的孩子。
company里面下腰啥的就都练了。
美国的舞蹈比赛为了照顾各种水平，一般分高中低三个级别。训练时间少的就参加低级
或者中级的。这样即使花时间不多的也有机会得奖。而且只要你参加比赛，不管你排第
几名，总会给你发点trophy,勋章，奖牌啥的。所以孩子都爱去参加比赛。
三岁可以去练了。我们这儿也有孩子从3-4岁练到10几岁，也不参加比赛的company,就
是练练形体啥的。我知道有一些全国有名的高手，有的从2-3岁就开始练了。我们让孩
子去主要是看重2点，一个是孩子经常上台表演以后性格更开朗，更大胆（即使不参加

er of the pellet. I have putty in the back of the pellet trap and the flat p
ellet head was sitting squarely on top of the plastic disk in the putty. The
re was no sign of tumbling.
