酸辣烤鱼
鲫鱼(tilapia)整鱼一条(以下配料按2磅重计算，按鱼的大小按比例增减)，去掉鱼鳞和
内脏，清洗干净，鱼的两面用刀切花，方便腌制入味
Jalapeno 2个，剁碎或搅拌器搅碎
Serrano pepper 1个，剁碎或搅拌机搅碎
可选项：口味重喜欢灼烧辣味的可以加Habanero pepper一个（不喜灼烧感者慎重）
生姜1/2盎司，剁碎或搅拌机搅碎
大蒜瓣1/2盎司，剁碎或搅拌机搅碎
青柠檬一个，挤出汁与以上配料混合，挤完后的可以塞进鱼肚子里
Cumming powder 3 teaspoons
Tumeric powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 2 teaspoons
Black pepper powder 3 teaspoons
香菜叶少许
盐适量
以上配料混合，加食用油1/2 cup，搅拌混匀，抹在鱼身上，放入冰箱冷藏腌制12小时
以上
烤箱350F，烤到外表略干燥，内部熟透为止，即可取出食用
又快又好
此菜谱可以稍微加以改进，鱼替换成鸡腿，鸡翅等 |

姜黄粉（Tumeric）：几块钱好大一瓶，在卖调料那里，比当保健品买的那些便宜太多
了。其他调料比如孜然发酵粉之类的也很便宜
电动牙刷和雅帅头经常打折
老豆腐：$5.xx/4盒 好像不比大华贵

肥胖的人胖在身体缺乏营养，每天把calory budget都投入到糖啊，精细碳水这种
energy dense但是nutrition deficient的东西上。
更别提吃点油炸-transfat, 红肉类-胆固醇，更是增加了身体排毒的负担
身体的状况就是一直缺乏vitamins, minerals, fiber，omega-3, omega-6，raw food
中的酵素，益生菌等等，就给身体信号，营养缺失，要快点囤积点fat哦
反过来，如果每天都吃得健康--
我现在喜欢whole food, plant-based diet(有本idiot's guide)
或者那本you are what you eat书里说的diet of abundance
不用灰常灰常费力做运动，
