首先，我们需要hash tag的来源。有几种选择
（1）最及时就是Amex Offers账户里的reply。https://twitter.com/AmexOffers/with
_replies
如果你是技术大拿，可以建立一个比如google spread sheet，实时跟踪所有这样的
reply，然后剔除数据库里已经有的。如果有新的出现，自动发一条同样的tweet。
（2）slickdeals上建立一个更新提醒，（自动）把其中的hash tag挑出来，然后自动
发一条包含它的tweet
（3）这种最简单，因为已经有人帮你做好了，就是offers bot。
第二步，怎么自动发推特呢？
最简单的方法是IFTTT。如果你的有空搞多个账户，就一个一个的建立recipe，把
offers bot发的tweet原封不动的自己也发一遍。好处是快速，缺点是麻烦。
懒一点的话可以利用twitterfeed。我们还是需要IFTTT，把offers bot的tweet变成比

看看下面这篇报道。如果只看标题，第一段和最后一段，这简直就是川普通俄的铁证了
。但是如果仔细读一读就会发现，整个故事就是根据某某匿名来源编的。这篇报道的中
