伤寒（Typhoid Fever），清末时译为肠热症，后受日本影响，音译为肠窒扶斯，又称
为湿温伤寒、肠伤寒、伤寒热，沙门氏菌感染症的一种，是常见的传染病，在世界各地
都曾发生，通常起源于食物或饮用水遭到带原者粪便所污染，很快造成大流行。它是由
伤寒杆菌（Salmonella typhi）造成的急性肠胃道传染病，伤寒杆菌会破坏小肠壁，造
成高烧及内出血。
另一种由副伤寒杆菌引起，与伤寒特征类似的传染病，称为副伤寒（Paratyphoid
fever）。
症状
伤寒的症状包括长期缓慢的发烧，可达39°至40 °C（103°至104 °F），其他症状有
出汗、腹痛、肠胃炎、严重腹泻、头痛。有部分的人，身体会出现玫瑰色斑（rose
spot）。肠道出血或穿孔是其最严重的并发症。
伤寒杆菌会随著粪便和尿液排出体外，透过苍蝇、蟑螂等媒介传染给健康人，传染力很
高。
病源
伤寒杆菌和副伤寒杆菌，均为沙门氏菌（Salmonella species）属。

伤寒玛丽（Typhoid Mary）本名玛丽·马伦（Mary Mallon，1869年9月23日－1938年11
月11日），爱尔兰人，1883年独自移民至美国，是美国第一位被发现的伤寒健康带原者
。玛丽是一个厨师，并因此造成53人感染、3人死亡，但她坚决否认这项事实，也拒绝
停止下厨，因此两度遭公共卫生的主管机关隔离，最后隔离期间伤寒玛丽1938年11月
11
日死于肺炎，而非伤寒，享年69岁，推测感染肺炎的原因是死前六个月中风导致她瘫痪
在床。然而，验尸后却发现她的胆囊中有许多活体伤寒杆菌，遗骸最后在布朗克斯的圣

嘟嘟10个月回国的时候也没有听说要打针。

Pedialyte等。还有就是防蚊虫咬的，不过这个你估计用不上。
不过还好这次回去两个孩子都没有病！

typoid看你旅行情况。如果一直在北京上海广州等大城市，伤寒可能性比较小，应该可
以不用打。但是如果去小城市，农村等卫生条件比较差的地方，可能打了比较好。 |

其实问之前已经打了。这个儿医是个老印。
回来当天儿子就发烧。今天第二天烧到103度！又问了一个台湾儿医。人家说海峡两岸
都没必要打伤寒针。伤寒针的反应就是很激烈，要高烧两、三天。无它，只有吃退烧药
了。
也不能太责怪那个老印儿医，人就是把中国想成和自己祖国一样了。。 |
