到105，排名世界第五，美国的人均IQ为98，名列第33位，俄罗斯为97，名列第36位，而
印度目前只有82。IQ最高的国家是新加坡，平均108 。
从表中可见，排名前30位的国家和地区，除了加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰自外，都
位于欧洲和东亚，而东亚国家和地区则占据了前10名之中的8个。在名次靠前的国家中，
既有非常发达的国家，也有像中国、朝鲜、蒙古这样经济和社会发展比较落后的国家，
可见人均IQ跟一个国家的经济社会发展水平并没有必然联系。

以八竿子打不着、驴唇不对马嘴的“扰乱单位秩序”荒唐借口对我进行打压，招致国人
唾骂，舆论喧嚣。在越秀区拘留所，我发现了一个更为惊人的人权黑洞：有70名左右非
法滞留的黑人被非法无限期拘留在该所，同时非洲狱友告诉我：天河区拘留所有约150
名黑人属同种情况。
一进拘留所的当天凌晨两点，拘留所办事管教就跟我说：我会让你这几天过得舒服一点
，你跟“鬼佬”（广州话，指外国人）住在同一个监仓。我问是欧美人还是非洲人，管
教说是非洲人。我问为什么黑人会关在这里？管教含糊其辞地回答：可能是非法务工之
类的。
一进监仓，我发现有四个黑人睡在监仓的半边位置。另半边是三个中国人。以后的
几天，我跟非洲狱友进行了面对面的交流。这些非洲黑人都会说或多或少的中文，他们
彼此用英文交流，我会一点简单的英语，这样彼此交流方面基本上能应付。
本监仓的4个黑人中有3个尼日利亚人，1个刚果人。拘留时间最短的已近一个月，

It's funny. The media doesn't mention that Olango had a criminal history.
Doesn't mentioned that the U.S tried to deport him twice. Something to do
about drugs, weapons violations. His own country of Uganda refused to take
him back. But none of this is germane. What is germane is how many times the
officers have had complaints filled against them, how many times they drew
their weapons. All of this will come out about the officers but Olango's
criminal history won't.

12月25日晚间，信威集团发布公告初步回应网易财经对公司的一篇深度采访的质疑报道
，媒体报道的影响是很明显的，公司股票周五当日应声跌停。不过在初次回应市场和投
资者时，信威集团只是表示，“公司已经就不实报道向有关部门进行了举报，并发送了
律师函。”，为了配合核查，公司股票12月26日将全天停牌。
信威集团回应公告表示，“公司已就不实报道出现当日向有关部门进行了举报，并发送
了律师函。 公司严正声明，公司始终严格遵守相关法律法规及规范性文件，公司会坚
决运用法律手段维护公司和广大股东的权益”。
和很多上市公司被质疑一样，信威集团的首次回应仍旧是不服并发去了律师函，信威集
团所指的不实报道就是12月23日网易财经发布的“信威集团隐匿巨额债务，神秘人套现

也就是说，按照现在日本 1.27 亿的总人口来计算，平均每个人一年要吃掉将近 80 盘
咖喱。
根据日经新闻报道的这份最新的数据，咖喱在日本的流行程度远超拉面（ 60 亿碗），
成为当之无愧的日本第一国民食品。超过六成的日本人可以接受每周两次去餐厅吃咖喱
，还不包括日常在家吃的速食咖喱。
“咖喱是饮料。”从日本搞笑艺人 Uganda 虎（开创了日本肥胖搞笑艺人画风，已过世
）的这个说法，你也可以看到咖喱在日本有多受欢迎。
并没有咖喱传统，况且崇尚精致烹调、强调食材本味的日本人竟然会对这样一种烫口、
