Benin 贝宁共和国：落地签证，3个月，没提签证费，算免费吧
Burundi 布隆迪：落地签证（如果所在国没有的布隆迪使领馆的话），费用香港护照收
USD40。布隆迪在国内有使领馆吗？如果没有，就可以落地签了。
Central African Republic 中非共和国：落地签证，7天，费用XAF30000或者XAF20000
（预先批准能省点钱）。
Comoros 科摩罗岛：落地签证，机场不办要到市区的移民局办理。就一岛，四周海茫茫
，谅你也逃不到哪里去。

会有成千上万的乌干达同志们面临处决，仅仅因为他们爱人的性别。
乌干达已有“世界上对同性恋最差的地方”之称，生活在乌干达的同性恋者每天都面临
着骚扰与暴力的威胁。数月前，乌干达统治权益活动家大卫·卡托（David Kato）被恐
同分子杀害在自己家中。
一旦这项法案通过，凡是在乌干达境内被发现有同性恋关系，将立刻被判处终身监禁，

我有个表弟在国内是三年制大专生，后来自考了本科，拿了一个国内比较TOP大学的自
考学士学位。无论是大专还是本科，各科成绩均良好。
现在想在我这里的一般州立大学自费申请读一个MASTER，申请材料都寄上了，经济基础
也没问题，但是被拒了。GMAT650，IBT93。
被拒理由是：一，本科科目太少了，只有十七门课，不够美国本科科目。
（这是我的责任，以为拿个公证的自考学位证书，及本科成绩单就可以了，当时
没有把专科成绩单公证出来，实际上三年专科已经修了好几十门课了，因为是专升本，
所以那个本科院校才只要十七门继续专升本，这样子一算，其实已经远远超过一个四年
制大学的学科科目）
二，发学位的学校他们认可，因为在美国是众所周知的中国名校。但他们认为
自考是该校的发起的一个PROGRAM，这个PROGRAM是NOT ACCREDITED。
我的问题：争对理由一，如果把专科成绩单及毕业证书公证了补交上去，再加上自考本
科的十七门，会不会被认可等同于一般四年制大学的科目？

200 witnesses this week at a dam in Eastern Uganda. According to local news
