今早发现自行车不见了。后来知道是PV把没有注册的自行车收走。事先没有任何通知,
包括电子邮件,告示。
我的邻居跟Main office争执了两个小时,那个manager坚持要罚款,而且态度不好,总
在强调他们没时间发通知,而且错在学生。在她争执的时候,又来了一女两男有同样的
问题。
我今天忙,没时间去,但是觉得不忿,明天准备去和main office理论。本来自行车摆
在那相安无事,PV故意找麻烦,没任何通知的情况下没收私有财产。这里有同样问题的
人,请相互通告事情进展。

For any normal kid, HFMD is mild though sometimes symptoms are unbearable.
No treatment is necessary when there is no dehydration. Lots of water (force
drinking if necessary), lots of rests, and lots of love and hugs from
parents suffice.
Going to hospital for treatment in order to speed up healing process
actually won't pay off. In most of cases, it makes the patient suffer more.

We gave up the idea to move to Pleasanton for exactly this reason. The
temperature in the daytime of summer is so high that any outdoor sports is
unbearable. Our agent lived in Pleasanton and her kids go to outdoor sports
only in the morning before sunrise. When we drove by those good school
district, there is no trace of kids or anyone per se in the park or
playground. As much as I like the enviornment and the high API score, I like
comfortable temperature and outdoor with my son better.

city.
But MUNI seemed to be terrible for commuting, at least according to reviews
on line.
He thus decided to definitely live on BART line. Unfortunately nice
districts in the city are not on BART line.
45min or so on BART maybe unbearable for others, but he seemed OK with it.

I only shoot at indoor ranges. with a good pair of earmuffs, 9mm is still
quite loud. most rifles are really loud that you don't want to stay with
them. shotguns are unbearable, typically I would put on both earplugs and
muffs.
.22 sounds like farts with muffs on. but you never take off your ear
protection.

I still have a long way to go to refine my crack technique. You'd have to
live near a good climbing area to get really good. Too bad that RRG is 12-
hrs drive round-trip: not unbearable but hold you back from going more than
once a month. Plus the crack in RRG is not as good as its world-class steep
sports climbs.
I would say Smith Rock is my second favorite sports climbing area. I only
did one 5.7 trad there last time. Will try more next time, esp the Lower
Gorge if I can get a rope gun :)

Seriously, I didn't just rip off my shirt; I don’t have a strong upper body
or 6-pack to show. Throughout the course, I found myself surrounded by
more female runners than male, so I was very conscious not to make others
uncomfortable. But by mile 10, the heat really became unbearable. Sorry If I

Sometime when getting tired (after 11-14 miles) during long run, my left
knee suddenly gives me unbearable pain on each stride, forcing me to limbo
and eventually stop. If I walk or relax for a hour or so, the pain will go
away. My recent marathon was totally destroyed by that. I ran 3hr10min for
24.7 of the 26 total miles, but used 1hr5min on 1.5 miles right after half
mark waiting the pain to go away.
Anyone experienced the similar problem? Will there be any cure/pain killer/
training? I don't

I agree with others that since you just begin to run, all you need now
is a more rest between runs, and increasing your intensity/distance
gradually (<10% week to week). Maybe it's only a temporary problem that
most beginners eventually overcome.
But, if the pain is unbearable to run through, then you need to study
you feet carefully or have them examined by a foot specialist. For
example, if you try to tip your foot and feel sharp pain around ball,
you need arch support. Try Asics Nimbus or Bro

I always thought that since I haven't been doing much marathon training with
ball landing, my calfs don't have enough endurance to carry me through an
ultra. In my last ultra race, I felt very natural to do forefoot/midfoot
strike at the beginning, and did it for at least 10-15 miles I think. At
some point my right calf got a little sore and I tried to combine a bit of
heel strike. But after 9 hours, when my ankles started to hurt, heel strike
became unbearably painful, and I was forced to run o

all conditions. However, the
performance will be limited. So for speed work or marathon pace runs, I'd
move indoors if the weather is hot
and humid. But if it's just a generic aerobic run, there is no excuse.
