btw, NP-12 has been discontinued due to lack of efficacy in Phase II. But I
really wonder its in vitro PK properties, considering its high lipophilicity
, high logP, low ligand efficiecy....

Here the meaning of "closed" is totally different from the
definition of "closure" for a set or vector space.
It is absolutely OK that an operator is closed, and in the
same time not defined everywhere on Hilbert space, but only
densely defined.
Such operator could be unbounded. |
