但是paypal 付款的shipping address是unconfirmed，在florida
而且收件人不是买家。问了买家，买家说自己在巴西，下周要来美国，
所以是让我寄到他朋友的地址
paypal上说seller protection eligible
但大牛们说说这种情况能寄么，怎么避免风险阿？

paypal payment 已经收到，显示 Non-US. Verified，但地址是Unconfirmed。（
Paypal还说seller protection Eligible）
这种情况可以把显卡寄出去么？谢过大虾们了！
P.S. 如果不能寄现在应该做点什么？Ebay只有10来笔交易的经验，还没碰到过这种

Unconfirmed address does not necessary mean not "safe"
it means this person doesn't have credit card on file,
many cuban First Second generation live in FL, they may not have credit card
but it seems this person has a bank account to pay so it is
eligible for seller protection
(all non US bank are unverified anyway )

很奇怪
我电话paypal问这个地址，那个接待说，这个地址在他的系统显示也是 unconfirmed
但是这两个个显示confirmed和unconfirm的地址是一模一样的。。。

slight difference, the shipping label will tagged it as unconfirmed but
