。。酒越被大众接受的越没特点，有特点的越不能被广大群体接受。。跟香水一样，滥
大街的好闻，但滥大街，niche香水，50ml，2-300块的，大部分人都不会觉得好闻。
我觉得underbelly这家店吧。。。有种“哥卖的不是菜 是寂寞”的感觉
他们之所以出名更主要是源自于厨师本人想要表达的一种情怀和concept，underbelly
大胖子老板/james beard award winner star chef是这样介绍自己餐馆的，

他对houston这座城市的美食和整体美食文化都充满了大爱，他embrace houston美食的

老板/厨师是个很喜欢猪的大胖子（他店里摆的有一只猪是我送的），人特酷特nice，
他爱houston和houston diversed的食文化，餐厅的一大特点是所有都是自家放血屠宰
，都是从当地农场饲养的，好的cuts就拿来grill，边角的就ground了做burger patty
，他家厨房里面有个屠宰屋，我进去看过。他家的蔬菜也是尽量用local私人农场种植
的有机蔬菜。他家还有一个很diversed的厨房crew，他喜欢吸取各国cuisine的flavor
profile，来加到自己的菜里。他还说要来小熊川菜的厨房打工学习，我一位他开玩笑

详情来了，有些片段真是……不知道说什么好。
本来准备坐很久的，但在我们之前只有一个Case，是夫妻俩把孩子大白天留在车里被告
了。警察提供的Statement前后不一，法官颇有些不耐烦，直接问检控到底哪个版本是
正确的？结果没有结案，所以很快就到我的案子了。
号称被撞的那个印度司机先上证人席，他的职业是高级工程师，供职于某Council。在
滔滔不绝解释了一遍为什么会出现在事故地点后，说到我的车如何非法地停在他的后面
，如何接近他的车，又如何听见“砰”的一声撞上他的车，再听见车的右后方有摩擦的
声音，然后看见附驾驶上的我老公朝他微笑着招手再逃跑。
里面有很多细节都没有出现在之前的证词里面，比如他声称我停的位置不是停车位，声
称听见了摩擦的声音。
律师问他，当时出事的时候旁边就有警局，为什么大老远开15分钟去另外一个区报警？
他说之前住过那里，路熟；律师又问，为什么这些细节当时报警的时候没有写在你的
Statement里，他说是他后来才想到的；然后律师问了句：那你是不是也是后来开车的
路上才有了主意要来告我的Client呢？他说，不是，之前我就有这个主意了。

要至少准备5件套，每天都要不一样嘛，所以消费是挺大，不过我安慰我说，还要第二
胎，到时候还能用得上。：）
我有几条那种underbelly的孕妇裤子，不过我觉得还是yoga pants穿起来更舒服一些，
裤子有大号的yoga pants,然后买那种孕妇穿的上衣，长长的到半个屁股那种，还蛮好
的。
我现在比较恐怖的是脚，我原来穿的大的凉鞋都穿不进去了，脚也胖胖的肿肿得，没办
法，不想买新凉鞋，买了到时候脚缩回去了不久浪费了嘛，只好穿凉托，还好，大家看
我摇摇摆摆得像只大企鹅，也不在乎我肥肥得大脚丫了
朋友给了两条motherhood 的裤子，估计很便宜那种，真是没法穿，一坐就是一屁股折

我最近想出去吃饭不知道去哪里，就是翻着这个看的，其中我已经去过best japanese
restaurant: sushi miyagi，就在中国城，日本人经营的（大部分日本店其实都是中国
人经营的 = =|||），去过best thai: thai gourmet，服务很不错，食物嘛可能是我对
泰国餐没什么鉴赏能力，是好是坏不太清楚，不过他们的thai tea那是非常非常绝的！

木有图，都是一次性的新菜 limited edition，嘿嘿～
活动上好多东西都是一次性的创作，吃过椒麻黑巧克力甜甜圈没
中国城开张停业转手易主什么的，是源源不断此起彼伏啊，竞争非常激烈，每个新店开
张都基本能赢得一时的spot light，中国人都喜欢一窝蜂的去试。但我家貌似不受多少
外界因素的影响，主要原因是客户群分布广，下雨修路治安新店开张不能说不受影响，
但只是很小一部分客源受影响。最近又刚得了houston chronicle 2014 top 100
restaurants的第15，houston press best of 2014的best chinese restaurant和best
wine list，underbelly的大厨，james beard award西南部得主chris shephard来我
们厨房学艺好在一个美国南部美食学术讨论会上得到启发，这个事件又上了报纸。。。
最近要搞的这个活动又会扩大知名度和客户群，我的脑子都用在怎样可以在保持水平的

去牛排馆的中国人多了以后,牛排馆才会提供筷子. 有了筷子以后就要有麻辣口味的牛排
同样的只有中国人在board足够多了以后,中国人的需求才是board里面的话题.
张晶晶的政治观点是啥I do not care. 对Telfair有没有利 I do not care.
I only care的是她在不在Board里面.

，有德国牧羊犬的血统，6岁左右。狗小时候被前主人虐待，很怕人们抬胳膊的动作。
我朋友收养他后，总算找到了一个爱他对他好的好主人，结果大约一年前开始得怪病，
花了几千元也查不出个所以然来，狗身体每况愈下，朋友很伤心，我和lg也难过，因为
很喜欢这只狗，前年搬家的路上还专程去看他们。这里的宠友众多，大家也都见多识广
