A doctor says a 16-year-old boy has become Spain's first minor to undergo a
sex change operation.
Reconstructive surgeon Ivan Manero says the procedure was carried out three
weeks ago and the patient is doing fine.
Manero told a press conference Tuesday in Barcelona that the boy had felt
from a very young age that he was actually female.

Etiology (what caused the cirrhosis) sometime matters.
It also depends on the severity of cirrhosis and a lot of blood markers need
to be checked for assessment such as CBC (look at anemia and platelet count
), PT-INR (liver is the organ to produce coagulation factors. If this is

寄签到广州被退回，要求去成都面签，4月29面签说通过，但是5月3说开始审查，6月19
号做出审查决定，拒签，因为 8 U.S.C. 1182e 的条款。
我妈妈两年前退休，退休前是计划生育局的文职人员，做办公室政策、文档、财会工作
。但是 8 U.S.C. 1182e 的拒签理由是说我妈妈直接参与强制人流和强制绝育工作。
查了1182e，好像很严重，像是长期拒签。可是我们冤枉啊， 她以前来过，没有问题；
她是文职，确实不参与强制人流；而且她已经退休两年；再说我自己就是独生子女，我
们还是活生生的计划生育政策的受害者啊！
真的不知道这下该怎么办了。我把1182e的条款抄下面了。
