If you want to be protected by law and gets guaranteed payment, then tell
the employers beforehand of what rate you want. You can even report other
nannies who offer rates lower than what is required by federal law.
But if you deliberately tell people that you want to work at a rate that is
lower than federal minimal requirements with the purpose of suing people for
more money afterwards, that is unethical and wrong. |

most likely make adjustment in favor of the non-offending side. After all,
the offending side created this mess.
And in this case, I think UI does exist and may have affected the defense.

information without consciously realizing it. |
