your kid say to his/her friends and teachers, "hey, my mom says your food
are unhealthy". I wound just say that bacteria like sweet stuff so you will
likely have cavities and end up seeing dentists if you have too much coke.

大家应该都听说过环境对基因会产生诱发或抑制的作用吧。例如说科学家发现有种“害羞基因”，但如果有这个基因的孩子，他们的父母对他如果没有过分保护并带他从小去各种各样的环境，这种基因的影响就会被抑制，孩子还是可以落落大方。
我自己觉得性倾向虽然可能有基因的影响在里面，但以下几个数据让我觉得it is much more by choice rather than by birth.或者说后天的经历和环境的影响远大于先天的影响。

HABITS的表现。
孩子整体睡眠是否足够多？晚上入睡时间是否足够早？午睡是否需要？---3岁孩子有的
已经READY不睡午觉了，有的还不READY，不给睡也是不行的。还有，孩子以前睡眠如何
？从小到大一直不能睡正交，还是这段时间才这样？没有这些答案，很难找对策略。不
过我敢说，补钙是没用的。
建议系统的看HEALTHY SLEEP HABITS, HAPPY CHILD这本书，里头也有专门讲NIGHT
TERROR。 |

吃苦了。下回可不可以直接问他，A今天mean to you, 你当时怎么想的，怎么反应的，
现在还觉不觉得hurt? 如果他自己真不觉得hurt, 那估计换了我，也只有长叹一声，再
想办法了。
我如果担心的话有两个：
--如果他逢人就抱怨，因此没人愿意和他做朋友，我会担心他negative.
--如果能somehow知道A对你儿子的态度，发现他根本没把你儿子当朋友，那我觉得的确
是unhealthy relationship.
否则的话我觉得你儿子这件事前前后后态度调整，朋友圈扩大，处理的相当棒，比很多大
人强。

Also buy China/emerging markets, stay in US market, and avoid other

for a growth stock? A deceleration in growth rate, look at where TWTR or
YELP is at nowadays. And if there is a possibility of negative growth, game
over! I will not touch YUM at current price, or even half of that price.

any other sports), maybe we should rethink this issue.
Maybe we should let everybody do whatever they want to improve their
performance and level the play field.
I know doping has its downside, but so are the many other aspects of sports.
Think about the injuries in football, judo or boxing. Or other unhealthy

2nd half有的一比, Irene the 1st half没那么吓人, 就是第2段加速了才有些给力(周
6晚上6,7点开始的样子),但我跟本没觉得有多可怕, 可能是早已well-trained了! 7月
初CHICAGO那一场一来, 光一个北郊就几万户人家马上没电, 很多5,6天后才有电, 有水
! 今年8月初CHICAGO的那场强雷电也很吓人, 报上说1-1.5小时内雷电袭击>10,000次!
然后有是几十万户没电. Chicago恶心就恶心在持续也就1,2小时, 然后马上大晴天, 都
没得放假!!!!
多， 结果也差不多， 大范味没电用。 考古了下， 从6月21号到7月11号 CHICAGO就经
