本周，前述两人与其他三人一同受到了美国司法部的指控。司法部指控他们是中国某军

的117亿美元的股份，中国政府将这次交易视为中国国有企业改革的又一个里程碑。
这的确标志着中国民营企业与国有企业之间的界限进一步模糊了。遗憾的是，这种
模糊是朝着错误的方向。中国政府最近的举措无非是号召民营公司去资助国有企业，而
不是解放国有企业让它们更高效地运营。
“混合所有制对改变联通的行为起不了什么作用，”研究公司TS Lombard的分析师
们在评价这家中国第二大移动通信运营商时说。“相反，这是中共将影响扩展到私营部
门的最新迹象。国企改革从私营部门吸走了资源。”而且，中国政府的“重拳”——以

论过的一个国内中国移动的类似努力，就是做一个ANDROID系统开发平台／手机的努力
。不知道又没有得到同样的GOOGLE的支持。

准备下个月回国，打客服要unlock, 被告知必须加一个 international roaming 功能
，跟他解释说不用它家 SIM 卡，会在北京买一个 SIM 卡用，CSR还说加
international roaming 是解码的条件，就只好加上了，说好了回来以后要去掉。
现在担心的是 即使我用别家的 SIM 卡，比如在北京买一个，是不是还会被 charge
roaming? 主要是在ATT的 destination detail (China) 中看到 China Mobile 和
China Unicom 在它的 list (服务商)上，是不是买了这两家的卡，用我的ATT的手机
，仍然会被算作 international roaming? (我是肯定不会用现在的ATT卡的),谢谢。 |

network.
the dada fee is quite different. The standard fee is .01per kB, if you have
a plan, the price is pretty good. Usually, 100y 2g, 50y 500m.. ..

1. not good to buy from US and sell to China UNICOM and not good to buy from
China and sell to US. the iphone4 price itself is still higher than that in
US. It only looks great when you combine it with the CHINAUNICOM plan for
the price.
2. I think iphone4 business here would be affected at least to a little
negative, whatever the extent.
Coz most CHINAUNICOM user who likes to buy an iphone4 would choose to buy
directly from chinaunicom. It is pointless to buy one from US and add a |

once it come out, there will be many smart people try to hack it by re
produce micro sim card or try to make hardware hack , but i think even if
they get to work, speed wont be good. however, expect China unicom to sign

consideration of two years contract. People in China think we just pay two
hundred bucks to get an iphone in America. They do not know about the hidden
cost. My brother-in-law asked us to bring two iphones for him last December
. I did not do it after the research. You can buy an iphone about 600 bucks
without contract if you are an existing AT&T customer. $600 is not really

Does iPhone have an 8 MP Zeiss camera? My bet is it will be 5MP and not a
Zeiss. It has 8GB storage? SeaRay will probably have 16GB. SeaRay will be
running a SnapDragon 1.5GHZ processor so it will have plenty of speed.

HSBC has not student account for saving, but their normal account can
