Doudizhu to kill time. Hehe. Save me bunch of international data roaming
charge. I was also able to use gvoice to return a phone call from the states

He had no idea about the feature before that. Hehe. Unlike AT&T, Unicom
offers this feature for free.

internationally, you can use a nano-SIM card from a local carrier.
So all A/V/S version will use GSM networks in China ( Unicom or Mobile, not
telecome ). |

断一下，得到阳台上信号才稳定。2G信号都如此，3G信号就更不用说了。
当然reception也要看地方，但总的来说，电信的信号coverage和reception要明显好过
联通，有点类似于美国的Verizon vs. AT&T...电信和联通的差距还要大一些。

It came with a tmobile sim card which you need to take out before power up.
It IS truly unlocked in terms of both region and carrier.
Whoever said it is locked to tmobile is a dumbass. I have done the same with
last year's 5s and they work just fine on China unicom network. |

and sim. I bought the same type unlocked 5s last year and used on my
Consumer Cellular sim with no problem. It also had no problem using China
Unicom network.
MacRumors forum has confirmed that unlocked bought from Apple is totally

what I observed with chinamobile and unicom, not sure if it still holds true
nowadays... it is not good way using the IPv4 spaces.. specially in China.
Same thing happens in US to most of the wireless carriers, although the IP
address is still dynamically assigned and gets recycled after an short
inactive period, still it is wasting resources. When more users pick up for
