造福一下大家，写这儿吧。
问题定义应该是这样的，要求生成[1, n], 给个blacklist是禁止的数字, list是排序
好的。
生成算法如下:
1 生成随机数 r in range [1, n-len(blacklist)]
2: 带着这个数字linear scan blacklist，如果生成的的数字大于等于list的当前元素
，则把生成的结果加1。
算法很简单，但是没找到信息证明正确性。我琢磨了一下是正确的，并且是uniform。
举例如下：假设要求生成[1, 10]
例子1. list 是1->2。所生成随机数1－8，然后显然要增加两次，所以最后随机数生成
器的range本质上就是3～10. uniform。
例子2. list 是9->10. 生成的随机数1～8. 显然不跳。最后的的range就是1～8，
uniform
例子3 list是1->3 生成1～8. 如果生成的是1 (这个概率本身是1/8)，碰到1跳一下，
到2，没问题，如果生成的是 >=2的数字，则需要跳两下，本质上是取的(4~10) （这个

本文考证清华简《耆夜》为伪作，理由是：一、简文载周公致毕公诗，开头一句是“戎
服”，考“戎服”概念晚出，大约在公元前800年左右军旅之衣称为“韎韐”，公元前
650年左右称为“均服”，公元前550年左右称为“戎服”、以“赑赑”叠字作为修饰语
直到唐代才有。二、简文两次见“祝诵”词汇，考先秦古籍只单言“祝”或“颂”，不
言“祝诵”或“祝颂”。宋代学者作文献研究，分析文辞、文意，始立“祝颂”之目。
三、简文载周公酬武王祝诵诗，开头一句是：“明明上帝，临下之光。”前一句首见于
晋人诗句，是歌颂上帝的；后一句首见于宋人诗句，是歌颂宋帝的，这两句诗乃是现代
人集句，非周公原创。四、《蟋蟀》一诗原载《诗经·国风·唐风》，先秦季札和孔子

中国海洋报讯（记者 郭松峤）7月28日上午，国家海洋局在京召开老干部纪念建军
90周年座谈会。国家海洋局党组成员、副局长房建孟，原局长孙志辉，原副局长张宏声
、王飞，原纪委书记吕子耀、周茂平等120余人参加了座谈会。
房建孟代表国家海洋局党组对广大老干部表示慰问，对老干部为海洋、部队、国家
做出的突出贡献表示感谢。他指出，国家海洋局成立之初隶属于海军，人员的组成大部

for 1. If we have 5 balls (1,2,3,4,5), the prob of choosing each ball is 1/5
. If we only choose 3,4,5, the prob of choosing each ball (one of 3,4,5) is
1/3. So we can easily get rand2() and rand4().
for 2. since all the 8 cases are uniformly distributed, when we choose the
first ball as 1 and choose the second ball as 1, we just ignore it.
So we can get 7 cased uniformly distr |
