1989年6月3日4日，中共军20多万正规军在北京长安街、天安门等地，开枪屠杀手无寸
铁的市民学生，几千人被杀，上万人受伤，史称六四大屠杀。作为那场大屠杀的目睹者
，多年来我一直不能忘记那惨像，我们也一直把大屠杀的元凶准确地算在邓小平、李鹏
等极少数的人头上。到今天，死难者尚未安息，凶手尚未缉拿。
如今20年过去了，对过去那场大屠杀，出现了各种不同的说法，似乎有一种论调出现，
就是各方各人都有责任，最后这帐没法算了。譬如，邓小平是要维护四项基本原则，李
鹏、陈希同是要把总理、市长做好，至于军人嘛，更是以服从命令为天职；而且学生是
非法割据广场，戒严令也早下了，当晚广播里也告示市民群众，不要上街，祇差没说“
死了活该”一词了。这种论调是要不得的，为虎作伥，昧着良心说话，悲剧还会重演；
不严词谴责大屠杀，不严惩凶手，大屠杀的事将来还会在中国发生。

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

1）纳米薄膜(nano thin film technology) 技术，就是Intel,台积电，三星做的，特
点是大面积（large area)，均匀（uniform),具备这两个条件就有可能在精益求精的情
况下大规模集成纳米尺寸的器件，典型应用如手机，电脑芯片等。
2）非纳米薄膜(none nano thin film technology) 技术，即前面提到的 nanowire,
nanotube, nanorod, nanopore, nanosphere, nanobelt, nanodot,nanoflake 等等，
从后缀做一简单判断便知道是指形貌。以碳纳米管为例，化学合成的样品，这些
