拿这份源自表哥列述有我这11条罪状的纪录，也许我永远也没有机会明白表哥的一些心

likely you are ever gonna actually stop having such thoughts. Let your
brain work as it is, when you have negative thoughts, don't try to fight it,
don't try to encourage it. You should read some Buddhism scriptures on how
