标 题: 关于不合适的中国地图在IEEE Power&Energy 杂志上的使用。

最新一期的IEEE Power&Energy 杂志（Nov/Dec 2011）上有一篇关于中国风能的文章。
可是杂志编辑在文章首页用了一张很大的没有台湾岛的中国地图（看附件），不知道你
们看了有什么感受，反正我是不舒服。所以我就发email给杂志主编表示我的不满，可
是一直没有回应，估计是我人单力薄，所以我希望能在本版上找找人气。
其实我们都知道好多美国人（甚至有些地图）都认为台湾和大陆是两个国家，但是美国
官方向来都只承认一个中国（不管是PRC还是ROC)。我们这些在国外的可能也没什么机
会/能力给祖国出上大力，但有关面子上的小忙还是可以帮的。因此我希望大家能不能
也都给这个主编发发抗议信，至少要求他们承认是编辑上“疏忽”了。主编的Email如

the rate. Be it R&D, new plant, or whatever, no tax deduction. Obviously, it
also bring some unpleasant consequences.
But I am not optimistic of the idea at all, the politicians from both
parties need to create loopholes to get political donation, and it the only
game in town.

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

there is more demand than supply, it actually makes sense.
BTW, amazon has been using this model all the time, and it actually did
cause some very unpleasant shopping experience there. But, WTH, ChunYun has
never been pleasant anyway.
