今天上街买东西,出来在一个靠着马路,几乎没车的大停车场上,一只很瘦小的
dachshund的那里没头没脑的瞎炮,挺慌张不知所措摸不着北的样子。我就和我老公下
车去追他,刚开始他像是又unsure,又有点害怕,躲着我们,却又不躲远,我们尽量不
让他觉得威胁,就只要他不使劲跑,我们就也不使劲追,而是蹲下叫他过来,试了一会
没太大效果,就我起身匀速跟着他,我老公蹲着不动,我尽量把他往我老公的方向赶,
不出两分钟,他就跑到我老公那去了。就这样给抱上车了。
这狗有项圈,但是上面没有tag,扳了一下嘴,都是成年狗的牙,应该是只young dog,
后腿上貌似有一点点伤口不碍事可能是以前的。没仔细看,先找到最近的vet去scan,
结果没有microchip,当时doctor也不空。我们还有挺多事要办就走了,但没有马上回
家,带这他在外面一天,都是我们其中一人留车上看着他。这期间,我们发现了这狗身
上有诸多的毛病,他的groin area,和后腿的大腿内侧,皮肤上有两片红色的圈,都是
两圈,大圈套着小圈,有圈的地方毛发是正常的。我先推测这个是ring worm,上网查

In the mid 30s, people still try to get green card and unsure about tenure..
..they put all the energy and time on the work. Being their wife or husband,
how to enjoy life, especially for a well established professional :)
people have been thinking my friend married that lady either for her
successful career or her citizenship .... that lady is tall and pretty, no
problem to match my friend, but still 8 yrs older...:)

还是WIKI,刚才有一行俺没细看,说的是这学校在新加坡坑了学生的事情,
UNVA also has a number of agreements with other universities around the
world. At one of these affiliated schools, Shines College in Singapore,

Here's one, might be stupid though.
When I am unsure of the spelling of a word, I would type the word
into google search bar and it will come up with something like this
if you made mistakes:
Did you mean: XXX
And this XXX is what the correct spelling should be and from my experience
Mr. Google could almost correct my mistakes 100%.
Doesn't hurt to give it a try, guys. :)

I don't think this water is H2O. It used to be translated to be 'watery deep
'. It probably has symbolic meanings, which I am not sure.
It is allowed to have things you are not sure in Bible. Especially in this
chapter. This chapter is so profound.
I would not get to any unsure conclusions either.
But there are black and white things in bible, the creation of world by God
is repeated in Bible many times. So I am sure God created the world. This is

Shipping estimates for the Retina MacBook Pro continue to slip, with new

这个可以用比较经典的“几个哲学家用筷子吃饭”的例子来打个比方,奇数编号的哲学
家先用左手拿起筷子,lock,然后看看右手的筷子有没有free;偶数编号的哲学家先用
右手拿起筷子,lock,然后等左手的筷子,这样协调吃饭就不会有deadlock,当然这个
不是最优解法(懒得去想当时是怎么做的),因为有的哲学家吃了1000次,有的哲学家
只吃了1次,但是这个不仅避免了deadlock,也避免了starvation.
如果是两个threads 要处理一个shared resources, 可以用两把锁(L1, L2), 而且规
定必须是先获得L1, lock, 再获得L2, lock, (用round robin ?? - unsure) 然后处
理resources。如果一个thread 只看到L2 free, 规定它不能acquire L2.
这样判断对吗?或者请大牛说说更简单的方法?

每个testlet你可以mark the unsure questions. before you exit that testlet,
you will be able to review the marked questions. as soon as you leave the
testlet to go to the next one, you cannot go back to the previous testlet.
by the way, you can only take breaks between the testlets. and when you take
your break, remember, the clock is still running!

No. Btw the tax treaty only last three years, so if you used it all up, it
doesn't matter. The post-doc salary is all going to 47k+ beginning December
1st unless you are MD residents. They are still unsure about Pharm.D. or
other residents (because they are classified as post-doc), at least in my
school.
