（一）
这次找工作，是从4月开始的。因为是起驴找马，所以就不是很active，而且要挑剔一
些了。我用的就是三个网站，monster, hotjob, careerbuilder。把简历放上去之后，
设好daily alert。每天晚上查查email就可以了。每天新出来的工作，去掉contract，
去掉离家太远的，去掉职位不合适的，大概也就剩2-3个了。申请起来就省事多了。不
过我的几个onsite基本上都是recruiter给找的。recruiter的工作方式跟我们找工作的
差不多。不过是设定两个alerts，一个给新的job posting，一个给新的resume posing
。如果有合适的，就都存下来跟手头上的job/resume对照。如果百分之多少符合，就开
始撮合双方。感觉就像旧社会的媒婆。
我的第一个onsite是一个online education company。著名的university of phenix（
