在70多年前，中国处于长期半分裂状态，美英法德俄意日等在中国都有区域代理人。中
华民国中央政府受制于不与国家配合的地方军阀，国家连铁路在地方省份上的口径都无
法统一时，中国孱弱无力。我们作为一个延续了几千年的政治实体，却被西方看作是下
等人，愚昧的低级动物时，是中国共产党，通过内战结束中国的这个状态。

欲动是何其明显，突尼斯已经基本成功，老大哥埃及也顶不住了，在中东的沙特好像也
有异动的报道。
突尼斯，埃及，沙特这些国家有一个共同点就是经济相对稳定，发展势头也不错，民众
相对富裕，整个社会已经稳定发展了几十年了，但是政治就比较保守，最明显的就是国
家元首基本可以连续执政二十年以上。不过街头革命的意义有多大，成功率如何，对国
家政治进程的帮助有多大，还值得期待。这一波浪潮是否能够轻易化解，穆巴拉克，阿
普杜拉等等估计得废一番心思了。

足中产阶级的需求增长。很讽刺，因为Fukuyama等人一直是鼓吹资本主义自由市场能解
决就业等问题，政府管的越少越好。现在年轻人大批失业了，在Fukuyama嘴里就成了政
府的错，失业年轻人也成了欲求无度的中产阶级。
Wallerstein上周也写了一篇时评[2]，标题是Uprisings Here, There, and

Times are missing, the newspaper said Wednesday, Reuters reported.
The New York Times said the journalists, who included two-time Pulitzer
