，欧洲前几年资产价格大跌，现在的预期回报率高，欧洲的downside risk非常小，从
资产组合角度来说，当然要shift 资产到欧洲。
不知道李嘉诚不shift资产到美国的理由是什么？估计要么是他对欧洲比较熟，对美国
相对没有那么熟，另外一点更重要的原因，美国投资有政治风险，李嘉诚喜欢基本产业
，美国国会总是block他的投资，不能投资美国的通信行当和basic utility。所以没有
办法，只能买欧洲便宜的资产。
李嘉诚的策略一直是房地产，或者其他基本utility，比较能预测的行当。
对小散户来说，李嘉诚都这么做了，说明中国房地产确实今后增长会放缓，如果主要资
产在房产和其他utility的，那也应该考虑撤；如果主要资产在国内价格比较低的行当
，自己又有点内部消息，那也不一定急着撤。 |

市找条件好点的估计也难了），后天的话，不说体育出众，一身肌肉，但至少人的仪态
要man吧，谈吐要得体，具有幽默感。事业上至少从事社会普遍尊重的职业，收入至少
比一般人要高出一筹，而且让女方看得到很强的upside。这样的人群里，真要是谁真喜

办公室的关系太近了不行，远了也不行。中国人往往是与老美关系太疏远，对工作很不
利，自己也不舒服。同族人，有着相似的文化背景，会自来熟，与老美交往就不一样了
，要花点心思。
曾有个朋友，跟同事搞不好关系，总是疑神疑鬼，有一天竟打电话给我，说IT的人偷看
她的电子邮箱，故意把她的电脑搞坏了，情绪很激动。我告诉她，你说的这两件事都不
可能发生，是你自己太紧张了。
虽跟上层老美没什么接触，但与周围的同事搞好关系其实不很难，我曾给朋友两条建议
：一、见面三句话，别光Hi一声就走人。二、“糖衣炮弹”，这可是花小钱，绝不同于
国内的腐败。最简单的如放个玻璃罐在书架子上，里面装些五颜六色的糖果，最能吸引
人驻足。老美不管成人还是孩子，整天都离不开吃。谁走过，大多会停下来拿块糖吃，
自然也是个说话的机会了。现代办公都靠电子邮件，人与人的直接交往越来越少，如不
主动找机会交流，一天甚至一周不说话都不奇怪，工作中要合作也别扭。
要想做得更好一点，逢中国年节，发个电子邮件给大家，介绍点传统，再准备点小吃，
