Great Lakes SUNA Chapter上而不是泌尿科医师联合会的网站.估计是地区性泌尿护士
的会议发言.
估计是把一年效果的幻灯片,加两张幻灯片,没有数据图表语焉不详用的尽是LAYPERSON
的语言,这种弄出来让小护士睁大求直的大眼睛WOW的东西也好意思拉出来当论据?
再说这和肖本人CLAIMED的80%以上有效其中CURE和有改进比2/1相去甚远.可能我们统计
学上有分歧所以没法赞同你的"所以两年的结果跟国内的结论差不远"。

同行专家最基本的观点就是，这个理论和手术需要进一步研究，而不应该推广。肖很多
年前在美国获得过NIH的67万临床研究经费，去年又有一个美国人在NIH获得了200多万
的经费研究这个理论和手术。这些都说明了医学界对这个理论和手术的态度：需要进行
研究。
肖传国把这样一个不成熟的理论和技术，在国内做了2000例的手术。2000例是个什么概
念，足够一个新药完成3期临床试验的了。这里面就有几个问题要问了：
1.对于这样一个不成熟的理论和技术的研究或应用，谁来监管？
肖如果是在进行临床研究，那他在患者身上的研究有受到国家监管部门的监管吗？他有

，质疑和调查肖不是在同他进行学术讨论来论证他的手术的学术意义，记者是在对肖之
前报道的85%的治愈率这个数据的真伪进行质疑。
肖报告的85%的治愈率的文献你可以到J of Urology的那篇文章的引文里去找。那个是
肖以前发的学术论文。
方舟子翻译science的那个事你又把学术和新闻给搞混了，science编辑的回应写的非常
清楚，方舟子的那个翻译不是剽窃，那篇文章在美国不能在学术刊物上发表，注意是“
学术刊物”不是“新闻刊物”，方在国内发表的是一片科普文章，而不是学术论文，发
表文章的刊物也不是专业的学术期刊，而是面对大众的科普刊物。知道这两者的区别了

能只是做做数据分析，不像是参与过临床试验设计的样子，或者具有这方面的知识的样
子，那个13级应该是给患者的问卷吧，这些原始数据之后还是要进行处理的，正常来说
还要结合主治医生的观察，但无论怎么说都可能不能象寻正说的分成什么定性的“有效
”“没效”然后进行统计，哪有那样做临床实验设计的？总之，从这段看，作者对
clinical trial和科学思维比较没有概念......
其实肖的手术怎么样早就有定论了，journal of urology有过几篇文献和review,结论
非常清晰，部分患者有效果，不成熟，需要进一步研究。说白了，就是还是个实验阶段
的东西，不适合临床推广，一般是在research hospital做的东西。显然国内让肖做大
规模临床是不对的。

William Beaumont 医院有关接受肖氏手术的9例病人术后24个月的随访结果以前在会议
上报道过。
有关这项由NIH资助的多中心临床研究的最新进展发表在2010年12月1号的《Urology
Times》。同以前的报道比较可以得出以下几点新的结论：1. 术后24个月接受该手术的病人
仍然在改善中。2.新接受手术的4个病人结果比最初9个病人要好，恢复较快。3.最初接受手
术的9例病人中有2例失败，而失败的原因已经比较清楚。这2例病人都曾经接受过经子宫内的
修补手术。这样的手术通常会留下很多的瘢痕组织而给再次手术造成很大困难。基于这一结论，
凡是接受过经子宫内手术的病人不建议接受神经通路重建。
课题组正在对术后36个月的随访结果进行分析。虽然还没有完成，但已经看出36个月的
随访结果要好于24个月。
这个报道进一步证明肖氏手术的可行性而且经过改进和严格适应症可以进一步降低失败
率。
最后加一句：最初9例病人中2例失败，那成功率还是很高的。新手术的4例病人全部有

in the U.S. study, which was something like 7-8 out of 10 (don't
remember the exact number). The U.S. study lacks statistical power
of course, and that is why the J. urology paper did not immediately
call it a success, but the fact that NIH continued the funding for
expanded study reflects the expert's opinion, that it is a very
very promising lead.

tells me that this operation has been regarded as "trial"
by experts. One out of nine got a "permanent damage"
