拿的就更多了。primary care怎

Feline Urological Syndrone。开了一小瓶Buprenex止痛镇静，一小瓶Prazosin舒张尿
路肌肉。
解释了引起FLUTD的各种原因，饮食、环境给了一些建议。让接回家密切观察。。。也
不知道晚上这胶囊药丸要怎么喂给这掰不开嘴的夺猫。。。
附一张X-ray，说是The bladder had an increased opacity which may represent a
large amount of urine sediment. 看来以后还是改喝纯净水得了，还要想办法看看怎

现一种治疗其它疾病的药物，对大鼠OAB模型有非常好的治疗效果，大鼠充血的膀胱几
乎完全逆转，尿量几乎恢复正常，因为本来是要测这药对其它病的治疗作用，所以相应
的一些组织切片和分子生物学指标比如qPCR，western等结果都有，可以积极的展开来
讨论，我还想再进一步测一下相关的生理学指标，比如膀胱内压，24小时尿量等等
我从没见过效果如此之好的治疗大鼠OAB药物，但缺点是此药副作用比较大，不过有文
章也说过此药的副作用有预防药物
我想就此药对大鼠OAB治疗这一领域请教一下各位大牛，类似于这样的文章能发到多少
点的杂志上，比如European Urology这样的8点多分可能性如何，多谢各位 |

每年6月份，上年度的SCI杂志影响因子将会公布，这对许多科研人来讲,特别是一些研
究生来说确实是一件大事，因为这个因子决定或影响了这些同志的许多要命的问题。每
年这个时候我会提前预测几个比较注重的杂志的影响因子，以让大家提前有所感受，不
要到时候感觉突然，引起太大的情绪波动，减少大家产生焦躁心理，因此这应该是善举。
今年看点
简单看一下，今年的影响因子似乎没有什么非常特别新的改变，例如早就退出5分的JBC
继续低迷不振，BBRC仍继续下调，Plos One将会发生大幅度降低，这其实也是早就预料
到的。有一些著名杂志，如CNS的影响因子将继续因为质量而保持辉煌。其中nature继
续盘升，science 继续下降。
特别会受到关注而且饱受争议的一个杂志是自然旗下的开放获取Nature
Communications今年有可能达到10分，这可是不得了的事情，因为和其他Nature系列杂

comment regarding prompt treatment of kidney stone.I think if she was given
antibiotics on time and got appropriate observation then nothing else

中。除了NRMP，还有些PRE－MATCH的PROGRAM（Military, Urology,好象还有一个洲的
MATCH PROGRAM是不参加NRMP的），就算没MATCH到，后面还有FAR可以试。Match没有那
么得难，只是要挑对地方。 |

发帖数: 153 | 42 这次在ACAP的CMG会议上，有几个朋友问到是否应该选择一些challenging、
competitive的专业的问题。我觉得这是一个非常individualized的问题。在你作出选
择之前，你至少要问自己3个问题：1. 你有多喜欢这个专业？2. 你有多强？3. 你是否
输得起？
再热的专业，只要你够强，只要你够有决心，一切皆有可能。像AMG都难得进的
Radiology, Radiation Oncology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, orthopedics,
urology等等，都CMG进去的。当然进这些专业要跟AMG中的精英竞争，一般来讲，失败
可能性肯定会大一些。但是仍然有可能。如果你只爱骨科，非他不嫁，即使粉身碎骨也
在所不惜；如果你的老板是牛到他一句话，program director都得给你create a
position；如果你年纪轻，有万贯家财，不用担心油盐酱醋米，you can try anything
you want。
如果你package一般，没有牛人推荐，老婆孩子还指着你买米买柴，只因为在国内做过

Actually it is easier for a neurosurgeon to drive a Honda Civic than an
internist to drive an Accord, psychologically.
I, for one just like you, really enjoy simple life. However, I have to
admit it is not easy these days for a PCP to retire at age of 60. But the
all around work is not easy for a 60YO PCP, either. Most old general
surgeon will kick themselves for not getting into plastic surgery or urology
