Q1 ever in history. Nearly 60 USTCers and 5 corporations
contributed $10,793 in March making it the 5th consecutive
month for USTCAF to raise more than $10K. Many classes
such as 978, 929, 85er and individual Goodwill Sponsors
sent in their renewed commitment to help financially
disadvantaged students at USTC. 2006 new students in

being held at San Jose State University this weekend. Team USTC, last year'
s runner-up in NCCAF and multiple medal winners in other competitions, is
again competing in Sunday's co-ed competition.

12月25日是圣诞节，祝中国科大北美校友节日快乐！2015年最后几天，让我们一道将这
笔100万的新年礼物送给中国科大。您的捐赠可获美国个税减免。
12月初，一匿名留美校友通知新创基金会：他想通过新创（美国）向中国科大约16万美
元（折合人民币100万元）。几天前，捐赠支票已收到，但我们尚未兑付。我们还需要
3200美元的公众捐赠。您的小额捐赠，将能帮助科大兑付该16万美元的支票。该校友承
诺每年继续捐赠（美元金额折算人民币100万元为准）。
您捐1美元，中国科大将获3美元
根据美国法律，唯有获得足够的公众捐赠方能接受大额捐赠。根据IRS规定，校友基金
符合501(c)3免税资格，须通过Public Support Test（公众捐赠比超过1/3）。测算表

地址，避免需要登录多个邮箱。
但最近发生了很多起邮件丢失的问题，即没有转到 gmail。都是发件人和我确认是否
收到邮件，才发现没有收到。都是正常通信邮件，没有敏感内容，来自正规邮件地址。
Spam 文件夹内也没有。
相信还有很多其它邮件丢失了。但自己另外发测试邮件，又发现能正常转发。
谁知道，这事儿和谁联系？

容我再把话说得琐碎一点：我从来都认为，个人因素和学校的因素，在毕业生的成
长过程中都有很重要的影响，无论是取得成绩还是做了错事，这两个因素都占了一定的
分量。举个例子，张三当了院士，学校的因素可能占了30％，自身的努力占了50%；而
张三后来却又杀了人，学校的因素大约占了10％，自身的因素占了85％，等等。
基于以上理解，我认为“有成绩强调学校培养，干了坏事则主要是个人因素”，同

辱骂对方长辈更是禽兽一样的行为。
而这所有的一切，只是因为我说它白。
但是很难理解对于一个黄种人，这是一种侮辱。除非某人心理有严重障碍。
