, I went to see a doctor because I had been spotting for more than one week
after my period. The doctor inserted her finger into my uterus and felt
something was there. Then an pelvic ultra-sound confirmed that I got a
polyps (6mmx8mm) in my uterus. I did a hysteroscopy and D&C to remove the
polyps in May and then I got pregnant the first time I tried after the surgery.

radiologist认为由于处在first trimester,有流产可能，并引具FDA和American
College of Radiology Guideline, 拒绝做MRI. 产科大夫依然认为MRI是唯一可行的诊
断措施，且没有证据和研究显示MRI对first trimester有任何副作用, 并refer to a
second radiologist.
两年多以前怀和生老大的时候都很顺利, 现在碰到这么复杂的情况，实在是想请教各位
的意见。

restriction，说可能might be nothing，但是需要之后每四周检测一次，我回来在网
上查了一下，blood flow不够的话，baby可能会偏小，或者需要早产之类的。但是这个
医生也没有告诉我restriction的程度，网上看有个数值的，大于这个就不好，我也不
知道我具体的数值，只有等我的ob拿到report告诉我了。
老公要我不要瞎担心，但是我还是忍不住上来求个祝福，第一胎，是个boy，现在大小
都是正常的，而且都是70 到80%，实在不明白为什么blood flow会不足，祈祷我和baby
boy都顺利！有经验的姐妹可以给我一些建议吗？比如怎么增加blood flow，网上看说
可以吃asprin，我想到时候去问问ob |

time of egg releasing. If the line is too thin, it won't support the embryo

not bad at all. Those that do not go up are at the 宫口, not just close to.
Because the 胎盘 does not really move. It is the uterus that grows and
stretch to make this 2cm longer and longer. At 20 weeks, the uterus has a
long time to grow. You just need to do a follow up ultra sound a few weeks
later to confirm it does go up. Relax. |

What is the reference when you say "Prolactin has weak gonadotropic effect (
on uterus)"?
On wiki, it is said "Prolactin within the normal reference ranges can act as
a weak gonadotropin but at the same time suppresses GnRH secretion". This
means it might work as weak gonadotropin in stimulating FSH/LH in ovary, not
directly on prolactin receptor in uterus or cervix. Although I also suspect
high level of prolactin make vagina moisture. Pink but not purple rules out
pregnancy.

发帖数: 49 | 48 i did both hysteroscospy and laparascopy. hysteroscopy - my RE saw a polyp
in the uterus and said i needed to do the procedure. did your RE see
something in your uterus?
for laparascopy - my RE recommended i do it so he could see if i have
endometriosis. he would have no way to know if I have it or not unless he
opens my tummy with such procedure. i agreed to do it. i turned out to
have stage ii endo (mild). i am not sure how much it affected my fertility
though. my cycle post laparascopy |

发帖数: 142 | 49 Mock transfer is to see how easy to transfer embroies into your uterus. Dr.
does not won't to have any problem when doing transfer. For some people it's
very easy, for some it's difficult because the position and the shape of
the cervix. How long it took for your mock transfer? Idealy it should be
finish in minutes. A little blood is normal, if the dr. could not put the
catheter into you uterus easily. It won't affect real transfer and
implantation. I did mock transfer too, the dr. spent about 2 |
