据房东说，房子新装修的，大概1200尺左右，新窗户，新appliances，暖气是gas的，
房东是新买家，所以没有以前的utility bill。谁有住过类似的，帮忙估计一下.谢谢。
另外，在布朗工作，住downtown 好不好？查了一下距离，到办公室走路大概要1.3mile
. 骑自行车是不是可行？另外，好像要pass 高速，不知会不会不安全，有没有专门给
行人过的天桥呢？

states. 这些作为基本服务，无差别无歧视的提供，同时价格的决定机制也比较复杂
，有些需要批准。
对于这个案子，几个互联网接入商希望对Netflix，Youtube等流量大户收费，或者干脆
希望FCC允许其禁止用户使用或者降低带宽。我可以理解Comcast，Att等接入商不希望
自己的用户大量使用netflix，因为对其网络是挑战，而且这些流量本身不能给接入商
带来更大的利润，接入商希望使用netflix等占带宽的用户付更多费用来保证其网速。
但我不太理解为什么竟然有Comcast或者Netflix的用户也反对这个。

。他如果想按流量收费，public utility是阻止不了的。事实上，现在的主要接入商都
有流量限制，超出流量会按流量收费的。
这个最大的区别就是他不能随便禁止你使用了，同时他也不能歧视性禁止内容提供商。
比如你和邻居都用300G的流量。如果你的300G的流量都来自netflix，你邻居来自其他
网站，接入商不能对你提高收费。接入商可以用流量收费，和现在一样，但是接入商不
能对某些内容提供商单独列出收费。 |

欲，把美国的互联网往死里搞。
而且你看一下具体的条款，paid peering并没有取消。就是以后ISP和netflix还可以吵
，但是吵起来之后，不是由用户大众决定谁有理，是由FCC来仲裁。结果嘛，大家都得
多掏律师费，lobby钱。
就算仲裁完了，ISP被迫在和netflix接口的hub加了switch，下游的last mile network
也抗不住那么大流量。本来ISP在backbone network对Netflix有个flood gate，保证下
游不被淹。现在FCC来了，说你行你就行，说不行就不行。过去是只有netflix慢，以后
是大家一起慢。

不知道为什么会有人把互联网utility化和反ISP垄断联系起来。现在一半的美国家庭有

directory的method.

want to address as well as your taste. You can either choose CRRA, E-Z or
Habit formation. Risk aversion is usually a free parameter. However, there
are experimental studies which try to measure the risk aversion parameter of
individuals and the free risk aversion parameters are usually set to not
violate those experimental measures too much.
