。此次为第二次出租，前租客租了2年， 因结婚搬离。
*交通便利，近880和680，离Fremont bart开车5分钟。
*生活便利，BOA, Chase, Burger King, McDonald's, Safeway, Walgreens, farmers
’ market 步行即到，开车5-10分钟内，各种中美超市，餐馆，公园林立。
*房间私密性好， 房间在一楼，房东住三楼，二楼是公用的客厅丶厨房丶洗衣房。
*房东非常友好，希望你正职单身，爱干净。
3个月以上Lease，Deposit 为一个月租金，提前1个月Move-out notice，no pet/smoke
/party。

房子近地铁站elmhurst ave，走路5分钟到地铁RM线，同时也近7号线地铁，走路7分钟
到7号线。交通地理位置超级好。
地铁站附近有多家的中国超市，餐厅，居住在这边不愁吃喝住行，步行5分钟即可到达
新开的美食城，这边几十家的多种餐厅，超市，真的是生活极为方便！
房子适合单身或者情侣居住。位于House 2 楼。房东是个非常nice的人。欢迎留学生，
或者工作族。

房子走，也就是owner负责。 |

司问的话，岂不是还要说谎话？ |

utility公司貌似开通线路从来不问你是不是owner的
因为假设你是租户也能开通的是不是 |

天，用来我们做inspection和appraisal，很好奇，这个开通几天还不得把utility公司
郁闷死。像gas这些，gas 公司还要来检查有没有漏气什么的，这几天就有关了鸟。 |

节能啊？
update:
刚走访了两家同样model的邻居。冬天室内温度设在69F，电和气加起来一个月400-500
，夏天要少些，看来不是太糟...
