不知道不喜欢能不能算just cause，还能有什么理由啊啊啊，
主要是新房子签合同之前不知道门牌号

没拿到。
我们这小破地方，好学区的稍微过得去的房子一出来就是几个offer。
这次是个银行屋，据说vacant了5年了，从09年就木有人住了，今年才拿到市面上来卖。
listing price 33.5万。
第一次看房的时候，屋里黑乎乎的，都不知道长啥样子，反正貌似蛮大的，有2700多尺。
还没有看明白，然后一堆人在看。礼拜天看的房子。
我们当天晚上8点下offer，给了31万。
礼拜一，银行那边给消息，目前收到3个offer，其实是4个，有一个太低，直接拒了。
要求我们各个买家回去重新考虑一下 最高的offer，礼拜四交，然后银行选择一个最高
的。
几经折磨后，我们很痛苦的加了一万，给32万的offer。
一周后，我们收到消息，我们的报价被接受。立马弄了个合同过去。
目前合同还在银行那里等待消息，同时我交了2000块定金。
现在我们有这些忐忑不安的问题：
房子的优点 ： 地理位置，价位比较理想（房子交税的价格是359K），布局比较合理，
房子的结构，后院前院 都比较满意。

银行对dwelling coverage的要求是replacement cost 和 loan amount中低的那个。一
般来说， 如果保险经纪和appraier把房屋信息准确地输入他们各自的系统，那么他们
两边得出来的replacement cost 应该是差不多的。
按你说的，如果appraiser 估的rebuild cost是40万，保险公司估的是30万。
对银行来讲，怎么保守怎么来。除非保险公司提供证明为什么rebulit cost只有30万而
不是40万，否则银行认为40万是replacement cost。如果你的贷款额是30万，那么保30
万对银行和保险公司都OK. 如果你的贷款额是20万，对银行来说保20万OK,但保险公司
不会同意，会要求你保30万。如果你的贷款额是35万，那你的保额要到35万才满足银行
的要求。
第二个问题，你说的有道理，但操作起来很困难。一块建好房子的地，地价怎么算？
