melatonin吃了可以睡的很熟，但是觉得醒来之后会仍然很磕睡的感觉，只是个人感受
。。
Valerian root 不需要睡前吃，早晨吃都可以。晚上会定时的打磕睡然后可以睡的很香
。调节几天之后就不用再吃了，会仍然睡的很好。
也有人提议睡前点lavender没有尝试过。
如果只是睡眠浅，可以试试瑜珈的深呼吸，可以很快地入眠。 |

开始，古老的罗马帝国便逐渐走上了东西分治的道路。幅员辽阔的罗马帝国虽然看似光
鲜亮丽，但是过于广阔的领土为帝国的统治者们提出了一个管理上的难题。东西分治只
能说是应对这个难题的无奈之举。对此，中国的读者凭着中华大一统帝国的历史经验可
能会感到费解：为何面积与中华在同一数量级上的罗马（五贤帝时期和盛唐时期的两个
帝国面积均在六百万平方公里左右）不能维持一个单一中央政府的集权统治呢？尤其是
考虑到罗马帝国的领土分布在地中海周边，海路交通的便利使得管理帝国的交通损耗其
实比中华这个陆地帝国还要小一些。这个问题的完整而准确的答案超过业余爱好者如我
的水平范围，但我以为至少有一个简单的事实是造成这个差别的重要原因：罗马人和罗
