一、引言
中国某些享有盛名、能影响舆论的公知和媒体，一谈起美国的司法制度，就眉飞色舞，
推崇之情溢于言表。
其实这些公知们对美国的司法制度和司法实践所知无几，尚若问起何以见得美国的司法
制度优秀？他们充其量是将美妙动听的理论推来导去。由于他们的误导，中国民众大多
以为美国的每个案子都得到了公正的审判，美国司法制度简直就是公平和正义的化身，
理应成为中国司法改革的楷模。
实践是检验真理的标准。判断美国司法制度的优劣，不能只作理论演择，只重形式和过
程，而不看结果如何。只有当实际结果普遍符合理论预期，才能说理论合用，制度合理
，值得学习效法。本文从实践结果的角度考察美国司法制度，即采用可反映普遍性结果
的统计数据，考察司法制度最重要的几个方面。

神，努力，打酱油。老Carl推荐三种饵，spinnerbait，lipless，shallow crankbait
。原则就是，把动静搞大点。钓点老Carl也提到，要尽量找清水的地方，或者交界处。
号称扔进去多少有一到两条鱼在这种地方混。
可惜，俺划船是体力活，而且星期天是tournament。mmd，是个像样的地方都被这些家
伙翻了个遍。也不是一点方向都没有。在个小cove里碰到好几个bite，估计是皮皮。外
面风大，都躲到里面水静的地方。
最后在大河拐弯的point上了当天唯一一条LM。lipless crank，point底是石头滩，一
路磕磕碰碰的收回拉，拉到船头10feet有大树干在水底下，一个bump接着就觉得竿头一
沉，10lb VANISH，心里直打鼓。 还好一提没多大劲，出水大概13-4的样子。本来想留

200Yard，价格上有很大优势。Vanish 不要买10磅以下的，不太靠普，14磅，17磅的用

钓点5-6尺的水深，大概有2-3尺长水草比较多，但不茂密。用我的秘器探草，有一个咬

可见他对吃人这个话题耿耿于怀，难以摆脱。这暗示他写《Life of Pi》的真实意图
中确实有写人吃人那一层意思，这层意思起码占50%吧。
说白了，写小说就是一个游戏，他故意要写得亦真亦幻，让那些经历不同信仰不同的读
者们对此作不同的解读。

A man who disappeared decades ago is finding out there's no easy way to come
back from the dead.
Donald Miller Jr. went to court this week to ask a county judge to reverse a
1994 ruling that declared him legally dead after he had vanished from his
home eight years earlier. But the judge turned down his request, citing a
three-year time limit for changing a death ruling.
