but some survive and go public again. GM is planning IPO soon. Generally
public companies have better access to capital than private firms. To expand
to a certain level, they have to go public. And many founders still hold
large stacks after going public. It is part of capitalism. There are bad
stocks that you need to avoid, but there are still plenty of good ones you
can invest.

So, imagine that after the great recession, $100 of the 3x etf worth 10 cents. From this point, it gets up to 200. The problem is even if you shorted at this point, you are still going to lose big. So the question remains what is a good entry and exit point. And that's a really good question don't you think?

The risk is too big, and the profit is too small. Yes you can hold and it will ventrally vanish. But it can add tremendous margin requirement in the process and your money will be tied up and can't do nothing.

今天和正好碰见房东，闲聊时老美房东不经意间知道了我的月租，房东告诉我我的房租不
应该高于$400. 知道受骗之后，很生气，就立刻搬了出去。我房租已付到1月31日，不知道还有没有要回Deposit的可能。

because of the much higher standard in Mortgage financing.
There is no bubble at all. Good luck to time the market while ignoring the
trend of supply vs demand. Boston housing market will slow down if the
biotech/IT/healthcare/finance indutry combined slow down. It might crash if
the employment base vanished.
But that is a very unlikely scenario.

为了营救爱人犹地丽丝进入冥国，用琴声感动了哈蒂斯夫妇，这也是哈蒂斯唯一一次破
例，让他带走爱人，前提是在到地面之前不可以回头看她。奥卢菲在快到地面的时候，
由于心中的不确定，还是回头了，他的爱人vanished in front of him。
这座雕像其实是有颜色的，无奈外面被多年的泥石包住，现在还没有一种技术可以在不
伤害本体的情况下消除外面的污垢，所以只能看到这个样子
