发帖数: 36 | 1 最近刚请人做了Bathroom Renovation, 换了vanity，水管的位置也挪了，所以有一段
新加的管道。管道是新的，vanity 是新的，水龙头也是新的。现在发现洗漱时，刚开
始放出来的水闻着一股化学品的味。说不好是什么味，有点像石灰。大概放一分钟后，
水就基本上没味道了。所以猜测是用来封水管的什么工程材料带的味。BTW:vanity 是
买的现成的cabinet， granite top， 和 sink 一体的vanity。不知会不会是vanity的
问题。请问有人遇到过这种情况吗？有什么办法除味吗？如果只能等它自然消失，大概
得多久呢？多谢！ |

上面铺上customized的granite counter top，说customize就是两个开口之间的距离比
一般标准要窄很多，不过还是有足够空间摆些小东西的。counter top大概2''边，所以
说最少50''宽度你就可以做个double sink vanity。我自己是如此做了个54''宽度的，
两个柜子之间加了块4''的一样颜色纹理maple板子。 |

tuba的，颜色dark了些，但和maple成对比。
如果换，可换成mahagony+浅色quartz的。可以有34”。

换整个vanity, 买个新的四五百，安装费三四百，似乎不划算。换门便宜得多，也能自
己动手，但去哪里买新的门呢？ homedeport/lowes什么的都没有。 网上有能定做的，
两个门才八十多，但怕订做了寄来不合身。

还是比较容易切坏？
还有如果要貼granite / marble floor/wall tile,要切割的话，是不是和一般ceramic
的 能用一样的wet saw? 还是要让店里给切阿 |

都折得很厉害，样子也fancy
镜子基本上都在打折，比home depot之类便宜一半多，大多数都三四十块
可惜我现在不做bathroom, 不然真想买啊

preference.
better quality granite reuqires sealing but probably once every 2 yrs or so.
ok for counter/vanity top. usally darker color is more densed--requires
lesser maintenance.
some like the natural flow of the granite (better once)
for color choice, best go to home depot, lowes, or stone shop at look at the
real stuff. |

aink的都有。
镜子，小的lowes/HD就有，不贵。如果要大的，可能就要定制，就贵了。我家后来主卫
在local玻璃店定制的，其它几个卫生间就买现成的了。
马桶，多看看review。 |
