Pitch 3: A1
Pitch 4: Sports 5.7

Pitch 4 和5很短, 可以连在一起爬. 我lead了所有的pitch.
本想周六爬的, 早晨10点pioneer route和west face variation两条线下面都有至少2
组在等着, 两条路线在第三个pitch汇合, 是一个A1的aid climbing, 最耽误时间的地
方. 算了一下时间肯定来不及了,只好改成周日爬.
周日早晨5点半起, 8点我和richard冲到了west face variation下面, 我们是第一组,
8点半开爬, 刚开始两个pitch一切顺利, 到了pitch 3的时候, 发现有另一队从pioneer
route过来的,赶在了我们前面, 只好等, 后面几个pitch都在他们后面等着, 一直到下
午2点登顶.

Creek Canyon. Solar Slab (and many of its variations, including the 5.9
chimney variation, called some book I think) are must-do. The original route
is 11-pitch 5.6, and lots of its variations are nice too. We did the
Sunflower variation (5.9) and liked it. Use the gulley repel. Don't try to
repel Johney Vegas or your rope will get seriously stuck.

不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结，缺点说的很到位：

我的理解，人跟人之间的基因组的差异还是有一些，尤其是病人的话，大家肯定想找出
差异。如果简单的把序列map到reference genome上边，有些差异比如SNP，小的indel
还是可以找得到，但是很多复杂的差异，大片段的indel、invertion什么的，也许就不
太容易找到了。

我对F的理解是这样的，某个factor的F就是有多大比例的研究对象的variation可以用
这个参数的variation来解释。从这个ANOVA的结果来看，mix的variation和residual的
variation之差2.45倍。就算忽略这个mix 的影响，整体上的误差也不会很大，所以
aggregate对研究对象的影响更大，而且比mix大得多。

真实的生物个体的variation. 而biological triplicates就不一样了, 它的variation

，用足够长的over-time的variation也是可以的，比如based on several year's
daily observation。
当然，我这个也是强词夺理了，因为目前除了高频的金融数据，基本上估计和人有关的
参数，还是主要靠cross-individual的variation。
所以你的问题也是valid，就是估计的参数也就是从一个sample里出来的，怎么apply到
个体？好像目前的做法是假定整个sample的参数都一样，给个体一个误差项，误差项越
小，模型的预测和指导的意义越大。但是有的时候误差项还真挺大的，而一个人就活一
辈子，怎么办呢？
看来还真是一个好问题，统计模型到底对个体有没有意义？ |

Well, I am thinking differently. Speed is important, but not that important
when comparing consistency. There is always some one can block your loop. No
one can guarantee his loop is unstoppable. It is all about the variation of
speed ,spin and place. Ppl like you block it back, which gives me those
variation as well. How well I can do after that is the main question. How
well you can do after my second return which brings more variation is

深色衣服的正手好一点 冲起来solostar还是下风
solostar的横打牛一点 速度快 还能冲两角
两人正手防守都有一点反手推的影子 非正手的拍型 不过如果能改正过来用正手拍型防
守 基本就可以正手做动作 做进攻性防守了 再牛一点的 就能反拉了 呵呵

compare the bounce of the DHS 3 star plastic ball to the Butterfly 3 Star
