发帖数: 2074 | 1 第一个问题，除了力度，还有太多太多表现方式，我这会儿只能想起这几个例子：
vibrato（也就是pitch variation，管乐里面是气震音，弦乐里面是揉弦），音色的控
制，以及速度的微妙变化。
当然钢琴没有vibrato可言，但是等你弹到比较高的水准的时候，会开始讲究音色的控
制，这是通过触键深度、触键角度、发力点等等来实现的。另外钢琴还有一个离键速度
的问题，你的手慢慢拿起来跟快快拿起来效果是不一样的。而对管乐和弦乐而言，音色
控制简直太重要了，不会玩音色，那简直就是初学者。
速度不是铁板一块，在可以容忍的范围内的variation是必须的，如果你请一个钢琴家
在电钢上面弹一个曲子，然后你查看他弹出来的midi文件，放大来看，绝对不是完全均
匀的，但这种variation我们不觉得节奏有错，只觉得好听。
第二个问题，哈哈，我老是写三拍子的曲子，是不是因为我有一条extra腿腿，或者我
已经老了，开始用拐杖了……
第三，关于心跳我看过一个study，四组婴儿，第一组在完全安静的房间里，第二组播
放催眠曲，第三组用节拍器打出每分钟72拍的节奏，第四组播放每分钟72下的心跳。结

的大多数，不是说将来也一定会重复不出来，科研本来就是个循序渐进的过程。就好象
研究分子功能，绝大部分分子根本还没有和疾病联系起来，还不是在拼命做。这是个必
由之路而已。
GWAS如果能解释1%的患病群体，如果是高血压这种百分之几十的人都得的病，你能说没
什么意义？
人的肥胖症由基因引起的太多了，google一下再发言吧。放到没饭吃的地方确实没有人
会肥胖，但是现在有几个地方没饭吃？你这个前提就几乎不成立。其他常见病很多也有
明确的遗传因素，这个既有流行病学的证据也有实验室的证据。
SNP和肿瘤的关系，不是特别明白你的意思。每年发表的肿瘤和SNP的文章不说成千上万
，实在也够多了，你可以在ncbi搜一下cancer SNP P53
另外回楼主的问题
mutation和variation主要的区别并不是是否致病，纯遗传学的角度两者的差别只是在
人群中的流行程度。低于1%的叫mutation， 高于的叫variation，两者的区别非常

比方说做PCA, 如果sample size n和参数空间维数p相比不算太大的话。那么估计出来
的头几个PC所代表的variation会比其实际的要大一些吧（co-linearity等等因素），
因此最大的几个eigenvalue就会被over-estimated。总的variation的估计不会偏差多
少，那么最后几个PC所在的variation就会被压缩的很小。最小的那个eigenvalue经常
会被shrink到0，导致covariance matrix不可逆。要是n >> p ，应该不存在这个问题

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我

观遗传学」（epigenetics）解释同性恋原因。表观遗传学主要研究环境如何改变基因
表现（gene expression），据指出，当胚胎在母体发育初期，能影响基因表现的「外
延标记」（epi-marks），会向与性别相关的基因发出指令，保护胎儿免受环境影响，
像避免胎儿免受过多睾丸素影响，这足以影响胎儿生殖器官发展、性取向和性别认同。
一般而言，外延标记不会遗传下一代，否则会以父传女、母传子的方式遗传下来，
令女儿较男性化、儿子较女性化，特别强势的外延标记就会导致同性恋倾向。但这理论

如果父母都是中国人，或者父母都是白人，你可以知道子女大概是什么样子。换句话说
就是后代的方差(variation)比较小，和父母差别不大。如果父母分别属于不同种族，
那么后代的方差(variation）比较大，出现各种性状的可能性都有。水稻育种的时候就
是利用了这个杂种后代方差比较大的特点，指望在中间找到抗病性好的、产量大的种。
当然，其中大部分是产量小的，抗病性差的种。总而言之关键字是“优选”，在大量各
种各样的子代里面优选性状好的。大家经常听到一个词叫做“杂种优势”，可是大家没
听到的，然而是正确的断言是，“不进行优选就，没有杂种优势”；如果进行劣选，那
么你获得的不是杂种优势，而是杂种劣势。如果不选择呢？全部存活呢？我们知道，基
因变异是随机的，1000个基因变异中间有1个是有利的，999个是有害的。那么混血呢？
可以猜测在很大的概率下，“不进行优选，就是杂种劣势”。混血儿若不进行优选，全
部存活，那么大部分结果是杂种劣势。若是杀大部分，留少部分优选的，那么混血儿才

between ejaculation and serum testosterone level in men. The serum
testosterone concentrations of 28 volunteers were investigated daily during
abstinence periods after ejaculation for two phases. The authors found that

甲午海战的失败，国家层面的责任无疑由封建没落的清王朝政权来负，但是，战场
上作战失败的直接责任必须要由战场指挥者来负。很久以来，历史上对这个问题都没有
搞清楚。目前说法最多的就是被“妖魔化”了的慈禧“挪用海军经费修颐和园”和李鸿
章“避战保船”的错误指挥。但是，这样的观点忽略了一个作战背景，就是当时作战双
方的装备技术水平和主战舰艇的实力相当，中国舰艇的战斗力并不比日本的差，应该说
中日海军是处于一个数量级的，并没有“代差”。“君是坏君，臣是好臣”，这样的说
法多少有点为战场指挥不力开脱责任的意思。无论怎么说，直接参战的各舰管带、总兵
、提督都有推卸不掉的责任。如果说，他们没有责任，就如同银行的钱被抢劫，保安没
