解，你们的错误是，在去那个啥 center 之前没有和自己的保险公司联系过，保险公司
没有给你们 approve 过，估计这个 center 根本就不在你的 network 里，所以贵，而
且已经去过了，生米煮成熟饭了，很不好办。看病为啥非得去 urgent care？你们没有
PCP? 还有一点儿，你查查你们保险的 annual deductible 是多少？用掉多少了？

Mg is essential for the metabolism of calcium, some cases of refractory Ca
deficiency, the doc should check Mg.
on the other hand, the pain caused by Mg or Ca deficiency is not that sharp
and severe, should be dull.
The possible reasons for constant, sharp, severe pain in the leg include

被最后否定了，不知道怎么看的。但是也不知道怎么办才好，所以向大家求助的。
那现在的情况，按照你说的，我会建议去做第一项检查

另外，不知道能不能查到你说的教科书的程序，我google了一下，因为不知道所以然，

In cardiology, no one uses it for coronary artery spasm, CCB is DOC, so I
don't think it works well for heart disease.
For Fructose-1，6-Phosphate, it is used for provision of energy to
cardiomyocytes, typically not used for treatment, but nutrition. |

the spleen for 脾大 are malformation (such as hamartoma and vascular
malformation) and primary splenic lymphoma.
"胃底血管於张，门脉高压，肝前血管海绵样化" warrants further investigation.
Unless her 脾大 is extreme, it is very possible her 脾大 is simply secondary
to her 门脉高压.
脾大 itself only causes mild decrease in blood cells, but it should also be
in all cells, unless there is some autoimmune mechanism against platelets,
